I believe I covered every aspect there is to cover here:

1 - Website navigation. 10/10

2 - Platform tools are plenty. The explanation of every aspect in regards to the different versions and all that is included is just perfect. 10/10

3 - Payment processing is fast and great. Platform up and running in no time. (don't forget your data feed). 10/10

4 - Website and internet help, tutorials and "every aspect you need to know" are there; perfectly explained to the last detail. 10/10

5 - Customer support is simply outstanding. I leased the "order flow" version and it was awesome, but I wanted more. Being an Elliot wave trader at heart, I wanted to go to the full "ultimate" edition. Customer support went ahead and canceled the order flow edition and sent me the link to lease the update. Perfect. 10/10

6 - Platform... Well, what can I say? 10/10.

I presented tech support with an issue, that now I have found to be likely out of their control.

I suspect they thought that too, but it didn't stop them from immediately attacking the issue and asking for specific reporting from me and also attempting to replicate the problem on their side.

-I will admit, I found the depth of the program a little overwhelming, and the locations of specific functions seem either redundant or don't necessarily follow my logic but the program is rock solid, highly customizable, responsive, and you can script for it.

Tech Support (and my initial sales questions) were addressed quickly.
Snark-free I will add.
If tech support is indicative of their company then, 5 stars.

Greate trading software with a lot of options to fit your strategies. Promt and quick respond from customer support to any quiestion.

Customer service is very quick to respond to emails.

Motivewave provide a wide range of functionalities for advanced traders. I was looking for a robust and flexible order flow platform, with great TPO and Footprint charts and Motivewave could deliver on both to levels no other system could reach. Its support service (Brian in particular) was extremely helpful in helping me figure out some more complex custom configurations. Definately a major player in its space.

I recently decided to upgrade my trading platform and was debating between Sierra Chart and MotiveWave. Long story short, I opted for MotiveWave due to its modern user interface combined with how powerful and professional the platform is. Its native compatibility with Mac OS and dedicate Mobile App was a huge plus for me as well!

The support team (especially Brian) at MotiveWave is incredibly supportive and has been very prompt in responding to inquiries.

Motivewave is one of the best trading platforms out there. What I love about it is how easy it is to use and how you can customize it to your liking. Their volume profile and footprint tool is the best out there.

I have a screenshot of a 15 points (not ticks, full points) slippage on Nasdaq during normal trading hours.
It means that my 2 contract trades opened with a 295USD pending loss. Impossible in theory but Motivewave can do it...
I sent them the screenshot and the explanations; they denied all responsibilities.

A few months prior to that, the software wouldn't close my position, rather it would open one in the opposite side. So it kept buying / selling / buying / selling, but would not close my trade. You can blow up your whole account like that. They told me that it is because I didn't make the last update...

I have been using ninja trader for years, I have never seen disgusting bugs like that.

I had to came back to ninja trader, not the sexiest trading software but at least I am not afraid of blowing up my account anymore.

Excellent and thorough response to a platform issue.

The software didn't work properly. I spent a week back and forth with customer service. They had a 100 step program to actually get my charts functioning. The system is dated. I didn't end up using it for a single day and they refused a simple $50 refund. Keep the $50. I suggest to find a better platform with better customer care. McDonalds has better policy and you don't feel like you're in the 1070's trading through the 1st Microsoft graphics. Your charts look like 1987 Tetris. Garbage. Think that sums up my experience. Find another platform. Save the bucks. Enjoy your McMuffin.

I wanted to leave a review because this software is awesome and needs to be more well known. I've been looking to move away from tradovate for awhile and I finally found the right product for me. I needed more tools, customization and analysis and this was it. I am blown away by this software. I used the trial version over the weekend and after a few days of learning I decided that I wanted to buy this product and support the developers.

It packs a ton of features for a cost thats very competitively priced, easily beating out the competition. It's fully customizable and you can choose the version that suits your needs/trading level. It's also available for Mac/PC/Linux.

There are things to learn of course but they have a lot of videos and documentation that's easily searchable.

I don't have experience with support yet, but I will update on how that goes.

Love that they are based in Canada too!

Thier book is fast for orderflow reading thier studies and replay mode is the best really

Amazing platform, SDK and service, kudos!

An excellent and robust trading platform with all the studies and advanced features (advanced chartism, copy trading, TPO, order flow, advanced Elliott, multi desktop, multi instance, mobile apps, use with Propfirm, etc). For Mac owners, it runs natively on ARM architecture. The support responds quickly and updates are released regularly. It doesn't seem to be very well known in the French-speaking world, which is a shame for traders who are just starting out, especially on a Mac. I think it's a must-have for serious long-term iTraders.

Une excellente plateforme de trading, robuste et possédant toutes les stratégies et fonctionnalités avancées (chartisme avancé, copy trading, TPO, order flow, Elliott avancée, multi-desktop, multi-instance, mobile apps, connexion Propfirm, etc). Pour les possesseurs de Mac, elle tourne nativement sous architecture ARM. Le support répond rapidement et des updates sortent régulièrement. Elle me semble peu connu dans le monde francophone, c’est bien dommage pour les traders qui débutent, notamment sous environnement Mac. Un must have selon moi pour des iTraders sérieux dans la durée.

Amazing trading software, great customer support (Omar).
Honestly, I wouldn't see myself trading on any other trading platform.
By far, best value for money.
