Never got my jacket scammed me out of 179$. Very upset and disappointed will not ever see me get a jacket from this website and I do not recommend spending your money there just gonna take it

After not responding to multiple calls and texts on their customer service website, company finally reached out due to negative review we left them on trustpilot. Is now refusing to help us until I take it down. Would highly not recommend using due to poor quality products and horrible customer service.

Customer service continuously ghosts me after i call them out on there own return policy. It clearly states all returns are to be sent to Plantation, Florida, yet the first and last email i recieved back, they tried to get me to pay to ship the jacket back to PAKISTAN. The jacket is highly defective, with the main "Harley-Davidson" logo sewn on very crooked on each side of the main front zipper. Additionally, a LOT of leather chips and scratches on it from its arrival, not to mention it arrived with the bag underneath the jacket itself in a wrecked and too small of a box. Terrible experience. I will never order from here again and will tell all of my fellow riders to never buy from here until this is corrected.

I ordered a jacket from here in November. I spent a lot of time going back and forth with the merchant, who told me I would receive it in a week. It never arrived. December 3rd it still hadn't been sent. I asked for a tracking number and never received it. After multiple attempts to have them respond to my messages, I received my jacket January 25th. I immediately said I wanted to return it because I don't want to do business with a company like this, and they have never responded to any of my messages. On top of that, the jacket shipped in a box from Pakistan, after they told me they hand make their items in the US... honestly learned my lesson. i tried to support what seemed to be a small business, and instead was a scam.

If there were 0 star I would indicate that.
Waste of time, long shipping and delivery, wrong item sent! asked to keep it for discount! Of course NOT, want what I have ordered. I have disputed the payment, but plus I have to pay for the return of the item even though it’s motocollection.us responsibility, asked several times for the label never replied!!! Be careful scam scam and very little customer care!!!!

Jacket is horrible the stitching is horrible I ordered a 4xl it’s not even a 4xl it looks like a small. They recommend me the size 4x and it’s incorrect. They even said a 4xl would be 61 chest inches. Coat was inaccurate and now im gonna get my money back.

I ordered a alpinestars race suit. They even contacted me to ensure I ordered the correct size. BUT—— I never received tracking info , and have never received any response back yet asking for the shipping date and info. I’m not sure how to get my money back as it seems I’ve been scammed.

Not legit. Ordered a suit and never received it. Website never responded to emails or the number that was on the Contact Us page.

Ordered a jacket online, never received an email that they received my order but the full amount was deducted from my account immediately. Sent several emails, and sent messages to the Whatsapp number with zero response. I just disputed the charge woth my bank to get my money back. Full on scam.

Writing this review to help others avoid being scammed like I was. If I could give zero stars, I would. This “company” is a fraud. I spent $149 for an order I’ll never receive. Initially my inquiry emails to find out when I could expect delivery, were answered promptly. I was assured on two separate occasions that I would receive tracking info the following day. Of course that was a lie. Now my emails (1/2 a dozen or so, at this point, go unanswered). The company claims on their website that they’re based in California…like everything else about this company, that is also a lie…it’s in Europe. This company is a prime example that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I learned the hard way, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Update: Still no further communication from the seller, but finally received my order…it arrived after our event was over, so it’s completely useless. The idiot also shipped the item to my old billing address, instead of my listed shipping address, but I know the person who lives where it was delivered and they let me pick it up. I’ll never order from this company again…terrible experience!

Fast communication with customer service via WhatsApp with attention to customer service and dynamic situations. Will use again in the future for nich products.

Wearing this letterman jacket feels like I'm in an 80s movie. The design is accurate and the quality is good when it comes to such economical price.

Every time I'm out riding or going somewhere casually, this brown leather jacket becomes my first pick in terms of choice of wear. The leather is tough and the stand collar gives it an interesting appearance. As much as I love its extra weightiness that work well protection-wise as well as insulation-wise when I am only walking.

When you wear this jacket made of suede shearling, it feels like you are being bugged tightly by a warm blanket. Rich brown suede and just enough amount of warmth from shearling makes it perfect for winters. I would suggest going down one size if you prefer slimmer fit. Its still an essential winter fashion item.

Ladies, if you want to mix fashion with function, then this is the biker jacket for you. The leather is soft and the cut looks amazing. The zipper was a little stiff at first but it has loosened up. This jacket has become my go to piece very quickly!

I cant tell you how much fun it has been parading my self in this jacket! The leather is of top notch quality and the fit is just what a superhero requires. If youre a lover of superhero fashion then this ones got to be on your list. Only thing I would suggest is an internal pocket for smaller valuables.

Baseball inspired leather jacket ? It dosen’t get better than that! It has such sleek slim fit and stand collar made from premium grade leather. It work well under a simple T-shirt or shirt. Its light weight as a feather so perfect for layering up during chilly days. Highly recommended for any casual outfits.

I purchased an outfit for my son on April. 20, 2024z and haven’t received it. I have reached out to the company NUMEROUS TIMES for a refund with no response!!!!!! Just BAD BAD BAD!
