Never got my jacket scammed me out of 179$. Very upset and disappointed will not ever see me get a jacket from this website and I do not recommend spending your money there just gonna take it

i ordered a Detroit Lions Varsity Jacket which was supposed to be shipped within a week. Three weeks later no jacket and no replies to emails written to customer service. Thankfully purchased on Visa with customer protection. Don't trust this merchant or positive feedback. They are crooks!!!

We have emailed you multiple times about the missing information on your order. But due to no reply we have cancelled your request and refunded you completely.
Coat never shipped.
Ordered leather bomber November 21,2023. It is December 25th and still no jacket. I have reached out to the company and they said it was still in the manufacturing stage. This was on December 19th and they said it would be shipped within 5-7 days. I have yet to receive the coat and they charged my credit card on November 22nd. This is not a reliable company. I have again tried to reach out and no response whatsoever.

I highly recommend Motocollection
I highly recommend Motocollection! It does take, like their website suggests, 7-10 business days to ship, but..once it ships, it arrives fast! Even during the busy holiday season, my boyfriends Harley Davidson leather jacket arrived days before Christmas. They communicate instantly and the jacket is beautiful and high quality. All around, great experience and will be shopping from them again.

I ordered a leather bomber jacket for my son online at Moto Collection USA on Dec. 12. It seemed as if the site indicated they shipped in 2 days. Here it is Dec. 22 and I have nothing. I emailed them at the address they gave for support - that was days ago. No response. I found their phone number online and just called, recording said it was not in service. Not happy at all. :(
