Staff went out of their way to help when needed. We have been dealing with Motomine for years. They would get a good rating anyway. They deserve a great one though due to happily resolving difficult situations, such as the one we had today with a particular load. I would like to kindly thank Ana Dodon, the adorable multilingual at the front desk, taking initiative and recognizing we need her support and Ryan (a true magician on the forklift), Andy, Paul and Leslie managing a seemingly impossible load. I would have filmed it if it was permitted... I owe you :)

Excellent experience yet again.
I’ve had 7 or 8 bikes from Motomine and always been spot on. The most recent one had a potential problem which when I queried with motomine Kelly could not have been more helpful. Responded quickly and issue was resolved completely. Delivery service , driver was all spot on in under a week (London to north wales) and honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Absolutley simple transaction
Absolutley simple transaction - I bought the bike they advertised on ebay and all the paperwork - collection instructions etc were advised to me - they are an efficient bunch and very quick dealing with questions - The bike I bought was much better thanshown on the advert. all in all very pleased indeed !!!

Bike wasn't as described in advert and had loads more going on then I was made to believe from description..

I'm sorry you feel this way, but I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
We do require a £100 deposit to view our bikes. However, if a bike is found to be significantly different from its description, or if there is undisclosed damage that was not identified beforehand, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit should you decide not to proceed with the purchase.
Please contact us if there is anything we can do to address your concerns or improve your experience with us. We would welcome the opportunity to resolve any issues and discuss your review further.

Purchased twice with no issues
Ive used Motomine a couple times and found the service to be very well streamlined. After purchase and advising on delivery, things are handled very quickly and its usually the next day i get a call advising of a delivery date by the courier. Both times Kelly has been on hand to handle the paperwork and pass off to logistics to get the bikes on the move asap. Very happy with both purchases and I keep an eye out for more in future.

Can’t rate this company enough
Can’t rate this company enough, very helpful with my last motorcycle purchase, and again this time with enquiries about a potential next purchase. Called Moto Mine this morning spoke to Kelly again as with my last purchase, she answered my questions, and came back to me later the same day with answers she didn’t have at hand..!

I am writing this review to strongly warn anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this company. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare, characterized by high-pressure tactics, blatant misrepresentation, and what I consider to be an outright scam.I won a motorcycle (White Honda CB125R) through an eBay auction. The advertisement explicitly listed the bike as having only minor cosmetic damage. Based on this description, I went to collect it. However, the red flags started the moment I arrived:Forced Pre-Payment: Before they would even let me look at the motorcycle, they demanded full payment. To make matters worse, they refuse to accept official eBay payment methods, forcing buyers outside of eBay’s standard consumer protections.Severe, Undisclosed Damage: Once I was finally allowed to inspect the bike, it was immediately clear that it had been deliberately misrepresented. Numerous screws and parts had been stripped and taken off. The left side of the bike had sustained severe impact damage; the entire clutch system and the left-hand pedals were completely destroyed and required total replacement.Mechanical & Electrical Failure: When started, the engine could not maintain an idle and immediately died. This wasn't just a weak battery—the bike has deep-seated electronic or mechanical faults that were completely omitted from the listing.While I was assessing this damage, a staff member ran out and casually asked, "You okay?" I gave a polite, passing response. The company then maliciously used this casual interaction as "proof" that I had formally accepted the condition of the motorcycle.When I went inside to reject the vehicle and demand my money back, they refused a full refund and attempted to extort a "cancellation fee" from me. I refused to be bullied, left the motorcycle on their lot, and have proceeded with an official eBay dispute and cancellation.This business operates with zero integrity, uses predatory tactics to lock you into broken vehicles, and actively deceives buyers. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal headache—stay far away from them.
I eventually got my money back, but I'll never get back the whole day of travelling there, the fuel and all the nerves wasted.
You are a scammy company with scammy practices, the photos nor the price did not reflect the damage motorcycle had. And you haven't even relisted it because you probably finally realised that you are scamming people.
It's also irrelevant who came to view the bike. The ad, the pictures, were not reflective of reality. Cosmetic damage implies that bike can be ridden as is, however, the bike you sold me needed some severe work to even stay on, let alone be ridden.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify several points.
The motorcycle purchased was a Honda CB125, not a CB500 as stated in your review. As with all our salvage vehicles, we do not provide detailed damage declarations. Buyers are advised to carefully review all photographs provided in the listing and satisfy themselves as to the vehicle's condition before bidding.
We do not demand or force payment, nor do we force anyone to purchase a salvage motorcycle. As eBay does not process payments for salvage motorcycles, alternative payment arrangements are required in accordance with marketplace procedures. Our standard process is to request a £100 deposit before a vehicle is viewed, with the remaining balance only payable if the buyer decides to proceed with the purchase.
We also note that the motorcycle was not collected by you personally. Your husband attended on your behalf, viewed the motorcycle, and chose to complete payment before carrying out a more detailed inspection.
We take accuracy in our listings seriously and provide multiple photographs to allow buyers to assess the condition of salvage vehicles. As these vehicles are sold as salvage, buyers should expect that repairs may be required, which is reflected in their classification and pricing.
Following your concerns, we cooperated fully and issued a full refund. While we regret that you were unhappy with the experience, we do not believe the review accurately reflects the circumstances of the transaction.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in finding a motorcycle that meets your requirements.

Once I was ready to pay for my project and asked about delivery I was put through to a young lady called Kelly, who was so friendly and help me navigate through the process.
