Great experience, staff very helpful. Bike delivered on time and a few follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The bike (a Honda VFR800 bought well below market value) although declared a right off was in fact without any damage or mechanical problems and only needed a bulb replacing, I charged the battery for a couple of hours and went for a run. One very happy customer thank you guys 😊

As a first time buyer I was a little nervous at first but Ana was very helpful. Answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. She was just overall a very pleasant person to talk to.

Good experience overall. I bought two Kawasaki Z900s and couldn’t be happier. I was expecting them to be in worse condition, but they turned out better than I thought, one of them not even badly damaged. Minor scratches and ABS not working.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I only dealt directly with Ana at reception, and she was professional, clear, and patient with my questions. She deserves a mention here, as she made the whole process excellent. Checked with me all the paperwork and accessories the bikes came with too.

One important note: you’re not allowed to test the bikes in the parking lot (I tried and got told off by her, firmly but kindly). So just be aware of that before you go.

Overall, a smooth experience and I’d be happy to buy from them again.

I’ve been purchasing motorcycles from this company for a couple of years now and have always been extremely happy with their service. Ana, in particular, is absolutely brilliant,always friendly, helpful, and professional. No matter the situation, she’s quick to assist and goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend!

Helpfull people, kind and fast service

Bought a BMW 1200RS. As advertised, photos were clear, damage was shown. The staff were friendly and helpful. The floor manager even helped load the bike on my trailer with his ramp ! Would definitely buy from them again. Bikes are clearly sold as crash damaged, not sure why the 1star review guy didn’t understand that…

Don’t trust Motomine they sell not just damaged but with electrical issues! My bike has MTC issue and wont start without battery backup but the problem is not resolved!!! Good help on phone for directions to Motomine company where purchased ktm 1290 gt. I would liked a bit more rapport from company they are too business like for me personally spending a lot of money not treated well, checking my bank card with my credentials never had this before didn’t like it, didn't show me round in warehouse to feel like customer nor a cup of tea, just pushed out bike running, then i couldn’t start it and was left to get on with it,not good enough had more damage than shown and mot expire date of Dec 2024 was stated wrong, it turned out it run out alot earlier!! They even gave me a competition QR code to get good review it is a bit of a con!!! I got assisted by Moto mine just advised with what i already knew about KTM doing fault diagnosis but offered no compensation.They even blocked my number from calling a second time.

I bought a tank and it came damaged. They asked for pictures and I had a full refund the same day.
Mistakes may happen to anyone!

Perfect service. Well transported strapped to a small pallet. Very helpful staff when I called with a question. Received Thursday installed Friday started first click of the starter. Runs like a Jem. Thank you so much for a wonderful service. Recommend to anyone who needs an engine super quick and no hassles.
