Fantastic communication from the whole team from my first contact with them explaining the realistic options and outcomes. I was quite unlucky with a police officer attempting to abuse his power, but Baljit was fantastic to have alongside me through what was a very stressful police interview process - an assertive representative when needed, prompt to remind the police officer of my rights. Couldn’t be happier with my result, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this incredible team to anyone in a legal situation.

I have been truly amazed at the quality service that Tom and Richard provided for me for my case which was quite a fraught experience for many reasons. But they stepped up at a moment's notice, responded superbly to my needs and got me exactly the result I needed. I'd recommend them every single time! Complete life savers, both of them.

I cannot praise Caddick Davies enough for the help they provided. Christopher Green (who handled the case from the outset) and Baljit Ahluwalia (who dealt with the final Hearing) were both outstanding (and a great credit to their firm). At every stage of the process Christopher and then Baljit provided clear and balanced legal advice (I particularly liked that they did not give false hope - they instead gave a positive but realistic appraisal of the chances of success). I believe that Baljit's excellent handling of the final Hearing was vital in us securing an extremely positive result.

Professional and really helpful

I had an amazing initial call with Jacob, super informative on the process. I have a bit of a complex case and my options were all laid out in front of me. Looking forward to continuing the process but even if you are just a bit unsure about your offence then just give them a call as they are so knowledgeable and professional.

I can't thank Caddick Davis enough for their support with my driving licence appeal. After receiving a six-month driving ban for totting up penalty points, they acted quickly to help temporarily lift the ban while we waited for the appeal hearing.

Madeline Sumner kept me updated throughout, clearly explained what evidence I needed, and was always helpful and responsive. Although I was worried I didn't have a strong exceptional hardship case because I have no dependants, the team helped build a clear, well-structured argument based on my circumstances.

I gave myself/ my solicitor (Louis Gorman) a less than 1 % chance of achieving a positive outcome. I got an exceptional outcome from an exceptional solicitor. Louis Gorman did not make any promises or guarantee's but stated that he put forward a very robust defence and leave no stone unturned! And that is exactly what he did! It took 18 months to get to court and took Louis (only) 4 minutes to dismantle the opposition. Louis's words were very powerful in the court, I would describe what I observed as "poetry in motion", served up by an absolute professional . I would describe Louis's fee as the best money I have ever spent in my life and excellent value for money. Thank You!! Absolutely amazing service. I could have faced a license revocation, and with the help of Charlotte Bamber and Richard Oldroyd, they helped me through everything and I’ve kept my license! I was a bit unsure at first, however Charlotte helped every step of the way and called me to check in and ask me if I had any questions. She made the whole process straight forward and easy for me.
