Recently I found myself have a issue with topping up of points, just over four small SP30 speeding fines and I was looking at minimum of six month ban. I contacted several motoring lawyers and when I had my first meeting with Caddick Davies Lawyers, I was put at ease straight away with there professionalism. My case was similar to other peoples, but with everyone your individual circumstances makes your own case special. Caddick Davies appointed myself my own Lawyer to work with and 'Tom' did an excellent job getting everything ready and helping myself preparing for my court appearance, even though this was to take place down in Plymouth, Caddick Davies Lawyers arranged a barrister to represent myself in court with no fuss or hassle. The barrister 'Richard' conducted my case fantastically and we received an outcome which was better than anyone of us could have thought of before we went into court. I contacted Caddick Davies Solicitors out of hours, roughly 20:00pm as I was really worried over a court summons I had been issued with which could of resulted in me losing my driving licence, I was spoken to by a very professional gentleman named Baljit, after telling him my circumstances he instantly showed empathy and calmed me down and said we will deal with this, explaining what can be done but also showing great knowledge, Baljit done exactly what he said he would do and I cannot recommend enough Bajit and the company, I will certainly be recommending to family and friends.

I was charged with a second drink driving offence and for my case, a community order was very likely, and i was unlikely to receive the option to do the rehabilitation course again.

I found myself in a situation where I was looking at losing my license. This would have affected my life tremendously as I drive for a living. Communication was great, regular updates and led through the whole process. This took all the stress and anxiety from me. I was appointed an experienced, professional lawyer called Sue. I knew as soon as I met her I was in good hands. Sue was straight, honest and direct. The defense and strategy she produced was amazing.
