Efficient, Responsive, Clear & Friendly Experience
Easy, seamless experience with Sian to set up a new lease for an Audi A3. Communicated clearly and was able to help accommodate for my delivery requests with the dealer. Highly recommend, and looking forward to receiving my new vehicle.

I recently leased a vehicle through Motorlet, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Sian there was professional, responsive, and made the whole process incredibly straightforward.

Amazing service by Wendy from Motorlet, when I first inquired about a new Lease..Wendy came to the rescue and provided an exceptional service and Kept me in the loop on process. From start to finish, flawless service
From start to finish, ordering has been very easy, and their customer service is fantastic.
Max helped me with ordering two vehicles, and was great even when I wanted to change the make of one of them after the order went in.
Wendy from customer services has been absolutely fantastic, keeping in regular contact with updates on delivery dates, and has been quick to respond when I've asked further questions along the way. On delivery day, Wendy kept in touch with updates, and checked in to ensure everything was going well after the car had arrived with me.
I truly cannot think of any way in which the service from Motorlet could be improved; an absolutely first class experience.
