Very easy process, no pressure, great staff.

From telephone customer service to face to face service, I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism.

I knew what kind of car i needed as i have a disability , i was not pressured at all in makeing my choice , where as iv been to other traders a felt unsettled as they were following me around, the gentlman the helped us with purchas was very proffessional and well mannerd , i needed to go back 2 wks after buying car as was not sure on tyer icon on dash and the young man on front desk (brown hair and glasses) was very helpfull in showing me what i had to do he has a fantastic manner , all in all fab experiance with motorpoint

Always a good experience at Motorpoint. Good quality cars at very competitive prices. Relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff who are happy to let you browse and also happy to answer any questions you may have. I wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else. The coffee is good too!

Fantastic service as always.

Everything went smoothly and fast. From getting there to driving my new car out took around 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and efficient and I couldn't get a better price anywhere around.

Had a great buying experience with Motorpoint! Found the exact car I wanted online, paid a deposit and had a viewing. Numerous phone calls throughout to keep me in the loop. Was given keys to look around and no pressure from anyone. Car is immaculate!

Sales people were great, price ok, when we went to collect the car we were told it had been valeted and ready to go, when we looked at it the foot pedals were full of mud along with the foot well, and the previous owner must have had a rear dashcam, as the trunking where the cable had been was open and had to be put back. There was no hassle and all was corrected before we left.

Very helpful, and understanding when I had forgotten my log book and then left my house keys in the new car while I went to get them! The joys of getting older !!

I have been a long time Motorpoint customer, having bought my first car from them in 2001, and had over a dozen cars since. Despite this my last two purchases have rocked my confidence in Motorpoint. Firstly I purchased a Hyundai i10 a few months back for my daughter. The car was ok, but it was the end of the month and handover at the Newport branch felt rushed. There was TMP warning light on the dash and I was told it would clear after driving. It did not and I was faced with having to sort a repair myself and claim back the cost from Motorpoint. To be fair to Motorpoint they did pay quickly. A few weeks back I went to Motorpoint Newport again to collect a Ford Puma for my wife a week earlier. Straight away I realised there was a problem as the car was not ready. I was told “it was still being prepped” but after waiting for over 40 mins it was apparent there was an after market immobiliser fitted that I was not told of and they were have trouble moving the vehicle. I finally inspected the car, the engine bay was covered in sand and it looked terrible. The engine also had a loud tapping noise from startup. I had no choice but to reject the car and return home empty handed. A massive disappointment. After discussion with my wife we decided we no longer wanted the car and asked for a refund. To Motorpoint’s credit this was sorted quickly. Will I return to Motorpoint in the future for a vehicle? I’m really not sure.

Very helpful staff (Rhys) . Didn't see the car that I had intended to test drive ( it was in Widnes 🫣) Came away with a beautiful car however . The 'form filling ' appears to have been simplified , which is great. This will be my 3rd car from Motorpoint .

Great salesman, sensible negotiation.

I literally found the car on their website on Thursday ..viewed it on the following Monday..was very pleased with it. Everything was sorted within a couple of hours and I was driving it home the same day. 😊
