No hassle, no pushing of extras, low prices

The staff were very helpful and dealt with our questions. Jordan took us through the buying and selling of our car. He did everything for us.

Excellent service, no hard sell from people following you around trying to influence you. The sales staff were really good, very professional and took time to explain things.

From requesting a test drive on the web site, to collecting my new car, the Customer service from the staff at the Stockton branch was absolutely brilliant. We were well looked after no pressure sales just commitment to excellent customer service beyond that which we have experienced else where.

All members of staff I dealt with were more than helpful. Plus whilst looking at potential purchases there was never any pressure applied or someone looking constantly over your shoulder, even during the test drive. It made choosing a suitable car easy for me.

My Wife and I recently purchased a 25 plate nearly new car on a part exchange at Motorpoint Stockton.

I initially arranged a test drive for the car, when we arrived Raees Nomaz welcomed us and showed us to the car, he explained the layout of the key controls and the process to start and drive the hybrid vehicle.

Upon return Raees checked my car over and provided the price they would give us for the part exchange and explained the process. We decided to think things overnight and get back to him with our decision.

What was very notable there was absolutely no pressure and he supported our decision to think things over. This give us absolute confidence in him and Motorpoint.

Our decision made I contacted Raees to inform that we were going to proceed with the purchase, he arranged for us to pay for the reservation of the vehicle and to set up our collection date and time.

Shortly after speaking to him I received a series of emails from him explaining the sale process and what was needed from us for the sale part exchange and to ensure the collection to go smoothly.

We needed to change for an earlier collection time on the Sunday, he explained that the showroom didn’t open until 11.00, he did go on to say he was willing to open up earlier for us if required. We didn’t take up that option but we were extremely impressed with dedication to this, what a brilliant commitment to Customer service.

We arrived to collect our new car at the agreed time, Raees had arranged for a colleague Dillon to assist us with completing the transaction and paperwork, Dillon was so helpful and we were extreme grateful for the wonderful purchase experience.

Based on our experience I have no hesitation on recommending Motorpoint for great pricing and amazing Customer service.

Old adage , People do business with People. How true it was for our purchase.

I purchased a Fiat 500 (YC71 HFG) from Motorpoint Stockton on 17 December 2025 as a first car for my granddaughter after she passed her driving test.

Shortly after purchase, she began experiencing grinding and brake binding. The vehicle’s pre-sale MOT had already recorded advisories for worn and pitted front brake discs.

Motorpoint inspected the vehicle and carried out a strip and clean, advising that the brakes were within their internal standards. However, the issue has persisted.

We were also told a written inspection report would be provided, but this was not completed at the time and required further visits .

While the brakes may be “within limits,” this does not address the ongoing binding issue or the condition highlighted prior to sale. Given how soon the problem arose, we expected a more proactive and customer-focused resolution.

We purchased this vehicle in good faith and are simply asking for the issue to be properly resolved. Unfortunately, the experience so far has been disappointing.

I would be happy to update this review if Motorpoint are able to resolve this matter fairly.

I had a fantastic experience with Motorpoint. The entire process was incredibly easy and convenient from start to finish. Their pricing is very competitive and affordable compared to other dealers. What really stood out was the financing; they made the car loan process completely stress-free. A huge thank you to the supportive staff who were helpful and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

Only issue was the front storage section under the bonnet was full of send and had clearly not been touched when the vehicle was cleaned.

It was a very easy experience and Geoff/Jeff was very good and made buying our new car simple and easy I will definitely recommend other people to buy from Motorpoint.

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLA200 from Motorpoint Teesside, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The car itself is superb – stylish, comfortable, and drives beautifully. Shortly after picking it up, we took it on a weekend trip down to London and it was incredibly smooth the entire journey. It handled the motorway effortlessly and made the trip really enjoyable.

I also want to give a special mention to Geoffrey Allen, who looked after us throughout the process. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. He took the time to answer all our questions and ensured we felt confident with the purchase.

Overall, a fantastic experience and a brilliant car. I would definitely recommend Motorpoint Teesside and especially Geoffrey if you’re looking for great service and a quality vehicle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
