Overall poor service
I originally complained about the state of the vehicle and whilst the company put most things right .I originally wanted to give the car back it was in such a state however they persuaded that everything would be put right . The only offer over the scratches was for the salesman to buff out the scratches himself not done professionally .Naturally I declined and am now told I can’t have my warranty refunded (even 10 months that was left ) as it is beyond the 14 day cooling off period even though the initial complaint was within the cooling off period .I have no intention of keeping the vehicle and am set to lose the £799 I paid for the warranty unless I sell the vehicle privately .

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that you were unhappy with the condition of your vehicle when you first collected it, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
Following your concerns, our senior management team spoke with you directly and worked to resolve the issues you raised. We're pleased that the majority of these were addressed and put right. With regards to the minor cosmetic scuffs, our team did offer to improve these for you, however you declined this offer and advised your Sales Advisor that you had arranged to rectify them yourself.
We're sorry to hear that you're now looking to sell the vehicle. In relation to the warranty, we appreciate this isn't the outcome you were hoping for. However, the warranty was purchased separately, and the relevant documentation and agreement were signed at the point of sale. As such, we are unable to offer a refund for the warranty.
We appreciate that this will be disappointing to hear, but we do hope you can understand that we must apply our warranty terms consistently. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and we wish you all the best for the future.

They are both dedicated hard working women , the phone never stops

Lies, faults, broken promises and a 9 month delay
Bought a car in October. Multiple issues with it from day 1. Lies, lies, broken promises, lies and lies. 8 months on I am still waiting for resolutions. I waited a month for an appointment after they had finally acknowledged my complaint and everything seemed to be progressing. I lose a day's work to take my car into them and get a call the next day saying 'we acknowledge the problems and agree they exist...... bring it in in 6 weeks and we may fix them then' that will be almost 10 months.
No heaters, no air conditioning, no fans at all, no tail light, dodgy wheel, faulty seat belt. Truly pathetic service. Will never ever use them again.
Recieved really good service right up until I paid then it became terrible. Took them 6 months to claim ownership of the car I part exchanged so I recieved multiple fines from DVLA for no tax and MOT.
Shop around. Better prices and service elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We appreciate that there have been a number of outstanding issues with your vehicle, and we apologise for the delays in resolving these. Following our technicians' inspection, the required replacement parts have been identified and ordered directly from MG. Unfortunately, these parts are currently on back order with the manufacturer and are expected to arrive later this month, which has been outside of our control.
With regards to the air conditioning concern, our technicians have carried out initial testing using a diagnostic dye to help identify the source of the leak. As discussed, you are booked back in with us on 10th July for a waiting appointment, which will allow sufficient time for us to accurately diagnose the issue and complete any necessary repairs.
We remain committed to resolving the outstanding issues as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience while we work towards bringing this matter to a conclusion.

CHECK EVERYTHING before handing over money!
First off this place hasn't got a clue about Tesla's, they will claim that they don't sell them with a battery health lower that 97% while the ones we looked at we low to mid 80%. So check the battery health before even thinking about buying one. They also don't have a clue how to help you with setting the app up and don't even give you a new keeper slip to help with it.
Avoid Georg he is useless, asked for 5 things to be sorted out on the car before we picked it up he claimed they were done and only one of them was done. We asked for new wipers and air filters (none were hard jobs but needed doing on the on board computer) got home and checked and there wasn't even an air filter present on the car it was just a big gap, wipers haven't been done or new rear reverse camera wasn't put on and the boot needed adjusting, none of it was done! They said it was done but their 'service department' wasn't very 'well up' on Tesla's so they couldn't reset it on the onboard computer (it's simple, it took me 5 seconds to work it out) They fixed one scratch And had the car for a week to "prep" it. Also the valeting was atrocious! My 4 year could clean the car better.
We asked for the car to be charged to 100% earlier in the day it was at 52% when we picked it up.
If your sales person is off work NO ONE can help you, we had questions about the car that needed answering and Georg was off Monday and Tuesday and the car was supposed to be 'ready' on Wednesday. We wanted the nice plates on that were on the car kept on and not changed to the awful motor range ones but couldn't get this done because we couldn't speak to him so we've had to spend another £60 ourselves to get new plates, it wasn't charged so it cost up £20 to charge it at a quick charge point so we were £80 down straight away through their incompetence.
Let's see what management has to say today.

We do sell hundreds of electric vehicles every month, including Teslas, and our team has extensive experience with them. We are sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations.
Following your conversation with our management team, we are already arranging for the points you raised to be addressed as quickly as possible. We believe the issue with the rear camera is being caused by a small scratch on the camera lens, and a replacement has already been ordered and will be fitted as soon as it arrives. We also apologise if you felt the valet was not completed to an acceptable standard. We will, of course, be carrying out a full complimentary re-valet when you return.
With regards to the vehicle charge, Georg placed the vehicle on charge as soon as you requested. However, he was unable to guarantee it would reach 100% before your collection time. Whilst we appreciate your preference, our standard handover procedure is not to supply electric vehicles fully charged, just as we do not provide petrol or diesel vehicles with a full tank of fuel. A 52% charge still provides a substantial driving range for most journeys.
We also understand your disappointment regarding the registration plates. Had we been made aware earlier that you wished to retain the original plates, we would have been happy to arrange this. Unfortunately, by the time you arrived to collect the vehicle, the original plates had already been replaced with our standard Motor Range plates, which is common practice across many dealerships. Nevertheless, we appreciate your frustration and, as a gesture of goodwill, we will be refunding the £80 you mentioned.
Most importantly, we are pleased that we have now been able to speak with you directly and are working together to resolve these issues. We look forward to welcoming you back on Monday, completing the outstanding work, and ensuring you can enjoy your new vehicle with confidence.
