Motors For You Ltd レビュー

Having recently purchased a car from Duncan At Motors For you Ltd. in Burton Joyce,I am writing this review to share my experience. This was by far one of the easiest experiences I have had after purchasing many vehicles, Duncan goes out of his way to explain everything, the car arrived in excellent condition with all the promised repairs, service etc.sorted.
The tedious task of sorting Tax ,number change etc. was also carried out by Duncan , which made the whole process so easy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan to all of my friends and family.

After I had given my specifications for the car there was a wait of about two weeks when I was contacted with a selection of 4 vehicles (plus prices). After I selected one it was brought to the firm within three days. The vehicle was checked over mechanically by a registered dealer (all in the price) after which I took it for a test drive (after being given some instructions on its basic functions) and I said I was happy with it. Only then was I asked for the money. As soon as the money had changed hands I had a new car. Simple!
I found the firm to be very friendly. At no time did I feel pressured. I reckon I've saved £1500 - £2000 on the price plus the fact that I didn't have to go to the time and trouble of phoning dealers and also travelling to them to inspect the vehicles. This is the ONLY way to buy a car! I'm very happy with my purchase.

Purchased a vehicle from Duncan at Motors For You in Nottingham in July 2020. A great buying experience, fully customer orientated, nothing was too much effort. He kept me in the loop throughout and stuck to his word. He offered further photos and information outside of the original advert when requested. It felt like a very safe transaction, honest and trustworthy. His attention to detail throughout was well received. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again and have already recommended to family and friends. The right vehicles at the right price. He also adheres very well to Covid ruling and again this adds to the security of the transaction. Thank you Duncan.........but dont say he looks like a famous cricketer - 'Beefy' :-)

Exemplary . If there were a manual to read , a training course to attend or a Quality Standard to achieve in order to become an exceptional car salesperson , then Duncan should be the case study and model. I can honestly think of nothing that could have improved my recent car buying experience . Throughout the process - from first contact , to searching for and locating a suitable car , to purchase and follow up - Duncan's expertise and professionalism shone through. Nothing was too much trouble . He listened and assisted me to clarify what I wanted - make, model , price , mileage, age , colour etc . He was attentive and friendly and his attention to detail was apparent as he searched to find a car for me. He was patient as my ideas altered slightly , and not once did I feel I was taking up too much of his time ( I am a carer for a family member with dementia ). His knowledge and experience inspired confidence and I trust that he would find the right car for me ( not for the showroom dealer's personal targets as I have experienced in the past). 'My car ' was presented to me in an immaculate condition and having had it just over 2 weeks , I am really happy .

A truly great and excellent service provided from start to finish. I brought a lovely little BMW from Duncan throughout the Covid Crisis. Extra Precautions were taken to ensure both of our safety. Also got a great deal on Warranty, and on after care. I will 100% Deal with Duncan as long as he keeps open!

Just bought a Mercedes B Class and the car is spot on! My experiance of buying a used car from Motors for You Ltd was by far the best I have had. Duncan made the whole buying experience a breeze. I feel like i have finally found a car dealer who is actually not out to shaft you. gave me a fair price on my part ex, and even contributed to tyres I had fitted the day before. (un heard of !) would highly recommend, great service, totally honest guy and makes you feel at ease.

thank you for a Great Service

Duncan is a true find, I was referred to him by a very good friend of mine who knew that I needed his help. I don't know much about cars, how or what to look for and find it a mine field to work through. Duncan listened and most importantly understood, what I needed and wanted, and then spent the time for me. His counsel and advice was brilliant and will ensure that I use his services moving forward. Its hard to find people that you like and trust, Duncan is very high on my list after our dealings with him. Thank You Duncan.

Just bought a Vauxhall Antara from .motors for you. Excellent customer services from Duncan and totally respect his honesty. If only all car dealers were like this. The car is great for the year and the Px price for our car was very acceptable

I’ve just purchased a perfect secondhand BMW 3 series from Duncan. Duncan provides a first rate service, he’s honest, flexible and very helpful and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend Motors for you (Nottingham).

Asked to find a specific model with a long list of optional extras Duncan came back with the perfect option within 3 days. He collected it and let us test drive from his base before any money changed hands. Happy with the car Duncan arranged all the transfer arrangements, let us take the car away even before the cheque had cleared. He gave the best price for our part exchange vehicle too. After discovering a slight problem (loose belt) he collected the car from our home got it sorted and returned it the next day. Faultless service. Highly recommend - buy with confidence. We will use him again in the future.

The personal service and customer care Duncan provides is second to none, nothing is too much trouble for him. I've had a lot of cars down the years but my last 2 I've had from this company and I can't imagine buying from anyone else now. Whatever you're looking for in a motor car he will find for you and ensure you are completely happy with it, and not just till you hand your money over either. He really goes the extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied and happy to offer advice where its needed.

Duncan is an absolute breath of fresh air to work with, no usual salesman pressure just honest and solid advice, I really appreciate everything he did to help me secure my first car, highly recommend.

I have purchased a number of cars from Duncan over the years and they have all been fantastic and are still going strong. Duncan is a completely open and honest car saleman who genuinely wants to sell good quality cars to customers.

I highly recommend dealing with Motor for you ltd. You will not be disappointed.

From the moment my wife spoke to Duncan on the phone, we were put totally at ease to talk and discuss the buying of one of his cars for my wife. Duncan is not a pushy car salesman like many, he listens to your concerns and queries and answers them honestly in easy to understand layman's terms. My wife negotiated an excellent deal with him over the phone as we had a good distance to travel. We traveled to see the car and it was totally as described in the advert and what was told to my wife over the phone, it was an absolute Jem and just what was needed. Ladies Duncan is a perfect gentleman, a lovely man to deal with, who will do his upmost to help you with whatever vehicle you require, so don't be apprehensive in dealing with him, he will give you an excellent deal. Ladies & Gents If you have a particular car you have in mind, give him a call, tell him what you are after and he will do his best to fulfill your requirements. We certainly recommend Duncan of Motors for You ( Nottingham ) Ltd, please make sure it is Motors for You ( Nottingham ) as there are others using the same name. There is only one Duncan, give him a call, you wont be disappointed. Catherine & Philip Burton

I recently had delivery of a VW Eos courtesy of Duncan Horton of Motors for You (Nottingham) Ltd. I had asked Duncan to search a car for me with specific requests. I was in no hurry and was happy to wait for the right car which Duncan managed to find. Low mileage very high spec within the price I had suggested. Duncan also took my old car in part exchange. He also secured a service MOT and sorted out the Car Tax for me which was so helpful and took the stress out of buying another car. I cannot praise his courtesy and consideration enough and would strongly recommend his company to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Duggie is fabulous. A pleasure to talk through my requirements and then found the perfect car. Within budget and to my specification.
Nothing is too much of a problem.
Excellent run through of the new cars’s Functions and a lovely finishing gesture by way of a bouquet of flowers.
I thoroughly recommend Motors For You.
This must be the 5th car Duggie has provided for our family and we wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Nothing was any trouble for Duncan.

We were in the area and phoned on a Bank Holiday at 5pm. Not only were we delighted that he answered, but he was able to rearrange what he was doing and was able to meet us to show the car.

The car was in excellent condition, cleaned and ready to drive off in (unlike at other dealers we had visited). He went into detail on its history, and at no point made us feel under pressure to buy.

In fact we didn't commit there and then as we needed time to consider.

We kept in touch and were in a position to pay a deposit a few days later, and arranged to collect a couple of days after that.

We had to get the train and, despite being a Saturday, Duncan kindly met us at the station and drove us back to the office to complete the paperwork. The tax had been renewed for us which was one less hassle.

Later that day, Duncan messaged us to make sure the journey back was a good one.

Great service all round!

Had a first class experience with Motors For You.
Duncan went to the highest level of effort to help me with my purchase of a small van for a new venture to make the experience easy and enjoyable nothing was to much trouble to Duncan .All paperwork transfers and tax sorted in an instant with a 6 months nationwide warranty included and then delivered the very next day
I would truly recommend anyone to visit Duncan at Motors For You .

Duncan goes above and beyond to find the perfect car and offer a fantastic service! I am so happy with my Fiona 500. The after sales is also second to none, any questions I have or anything the car may need it is never too much trouble and he is always on the other end of the phone. I would recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all my cars now on! Thankyou Duncan
