Good staff. Ben was brilliant, he sorted all the stuff for us.

Ben was absolutely amazing, very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be coming back when I’m buying a car again in the future.

Went to look for a Discovery Sport 16/06, decided on which one I would like to buy. Four gentlemen messing around, I walked round indoors to see if anything more of interest. I eventually managed to speak to someone, asked for service pack on the car, came back with printed sheet of computer, asked if had the service booklets and instructions for car, wasn’t interested in getting it. Even asked for the paper he had printed data on back. Decided not to buy of them, seemed to much trouble for them, if like this when buying I dread to think what would happen if I had problems with car.

Great customer service, excellent communication on the purchase of my new van

I came across the dealership through Autotrader and contacted them about a car I was interested in. From the very first interaction, Joe was outstanding. He sent a walkaround video and full service history, and responded to my many questions openly and honestly.

What stood out most was how transparent and straightforward the whole process was. There was no pressure, just genuine helpfulness.

Ultimately I went with a different car for personal reasons, but that's no reflection on Joe whatsoever. He went above and beyond at every step and is a real asset to the dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Great service as always from MotorTrust. Ben went out of his way to help us get the right deal. Wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else!

Bought a low mileage Tesla MY from Tom. We live in Scotland so the deal was done via Autotrader advert and phone. We traded in a fully dealer serviced Toyota CHR and were offered a fair px which we were happy with. We also paid extra to have the vehicle delivered, this was arranged and we paid the driver separately. The driver picked up our CHR and returned it to Motortrust.
It’s now four weeks later and we couldn’t be happier with the Tesla. It had 16000 miles on it and looks effectively new.
The whole deal was easy from start to finish. I realise that car dealers get mixed reviews but for us Motortrust were first class.

Purchased Mercedes from Ben went above and beyond amazing service wasn’t pushy for sale I’ll 100% recommend seeing Ben thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would, sold me a unchecked car I’m still over £1500 out of pocket, took ages to sort out total scammers please don’t use them, car had already been returned with problems then put back up for sale the day after it was returned, just crazy they think this is ok to do this
