Just bought a car off Ben
Took 3 weeks to get it
Various things wrong with it
They did put all the things right with it
Once it was ready was told he was putting extra fuel in to which the petrol light came on as I got on to the motorway
Then I realised the tracking was also way out which was the reason I was waiting on that day
Not a good start
I rang nigel who could only apologise and told me to book it into a garage near me and they would pay for it
Was hoping for a better experience
They were fine at the end saying any more problems just ring them and they would sort it out
Let’s hope I don’t have to
They are a good set of lads not pushy and will put you at ease

Mark was great to deal with for purchasing my golf gti, answered all questions i had and made the whole process really smooth.

Bought a car from Mark, was really helpful, came to see the car, helped with any questions and had the car ready with everything it needed and ready to take home within a week.

Ben was very professional,made purchasing experience easy, pleasant manners good conversation isn't. Would recommend him to future purchasers.

Cannot fault the team here, I'm not very good with the finance side of it all,however they explained to me really well and made sure I was looked after, when I arrived to collect the vehicle it was quick and effortless and I drove away with a smile, the valeting side was also spot on high quality all in all a fantastic service

I reserved an Audi Rs7 with motor trust uk , after several issues with the car and almost a month wait before It was road worthy, my finance agreement had expired and now general manager Nigel refuses to refund me my £744 deposit, contradicting what the salesman Morgan had told me. Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered.

Dealt for years with these guys great service great value wouldn’t go anywhere else
They let you look at your leisure and are always on hand to help and answer any questions
