I was taken to a beautiful mountain stream in Sicily to fly fish for wild rainbow trout. My guide Peppe was excellent. The day went by very quickly. I was amazed that we didn’t see anyone else all day

I had an amazing day with Lorenzo fishing the Val du Fumo. Magnificent scenery and a wonderful river to fish. Lorenzo was an amazing guide with lots of knowledge and advice.

Arno was an excellent guide who was extremely well knowledgeable about the spots in the area. He offered us great advice on how to improve our technique. And most importantly we got amongst the fish. Highly recommended.

Easy to coordinate my trip. We had very difficult weather and water quality challenges the day of the trip but Lorenzo tried several different rivers for clear fishable water. He used his experience of the region to find us a great river with clear water and we had a great day on the water and landed several nice beautiful marble and brown trout. A great adventure and a great guide.

We had a great time dry fly fishing for native browns with Timothy (one of Alberto's guides). Mountain Stream has extensive knowledge of the Brembo River.
Definitely worth a day or more on a beautiful river.

My day fly fishing the Sieve was a terrific experience! Nicola is such a
kind and patient teacher.
I learned a lot about the euro nymphing approach, which I'd not tried before,
and connected with several good fish. One was a very substantial brown trout. I'm grateful that Nick can communicate so well in English. That made the entire experience easy to plan and enjoy.
It was a wonderful addition my visit to Florence. Highly recommended.

I recently had a pleasure to go on a guide trip with Alberto of MSFI. I got to see several locations that showcased the amazing Brembo River Valle . Despite a lightning storm that set us back a bit , we were still able to catch some nice Brown trout . The water and scenery is stunning. Alberto was a great guide . For someone who does not euro nymph much , he was able to guide me and put me on fish . We also threw some dry flies , but conditions weren’t in our favor . In all it was a great trip . If you are staying in Bergamo it’s a short drive to the Brembo River. If you enjoy fly fishing and want to do it in an amazing place . Book Alberto as your guide ! I will be going back .

Great day out on the water with Nicola! We caught a bunch of fish and were able to explore a beautiful Italian stream.

Amazing experience!! First time fly fishing and had a blast and caught a bunch of fish. Alberto was a great guide. He knew the river and where to fish. He brought great equipment and is a patient and experienced teacher. I would fish again with him anytime. I recommend his services highly. Thanks Alberto for a great day on the river!!

I fished with Alberto in some streams outside of Como. He was excellent. Views were amazing. I love small streams on small gear. Great communication and made it easy.

I went trout fishing in Taormina Sicily, what a experienced , Peppe was my guide, when we were traveling he gave me a history lesson on all the things we pasted, the we got to the river , and he explained plants that were good and ones that were bad or poisonous, then came the fishing, what we were there for, we creeped into holes to catch wild trout which spooked very easily, we were behind boulders , behind trees, great day i caught 5 fish and had an awesome day and a great adventure, i love to trout fish and this was truly a great adventure
