I saw Elinor for physio at the end of 2019 to help with lower back pain. She recommended I do some Pilates and I started some classes with her, which I really enjoyed. But it all took a different (even better!) turn when lockdown started in March 2020! Elinor and the team moved the classes online and it has been a life saviour ever since! The classes are varied and include alternatives depending on areas of the participant. Elinor is such a smiley and lively instructor, itâs hard not to be boosted after each session. Through her guidance I have been able to progress my practice, more so than in some other face-to-face Pilates class Iâve taken pre-covid. Paula is no less pleasant and competent - I definitely recommend them both 200%!

I have been using Movement Perfected now for 1-1 physio for a few weeks and the overall service is excellent. The communication and organisation of the process is very easy to use and the actual physio sessions are excellent. Elinor East is a fabulous physio practitioner and is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. Elinor's online Thursday evening HIIT class has become a weekly staple ... lots of runner specific plyometric exercises, with a large dose of fun stirred in! My grumbling achilles are both definitely appreciating the extra workout each week.

Highly recommend! - I was originally referred to Chris Pettit (at Movement Perfected) eight years ago in relation to on-going fasciculation, or muscle twitch, for managed stretching and improving muscle strength and flexibility.
Following a few weeks of âtraditionalâ physiotherapy, I started to see Chris for a weekly one-to-one physio- reformer Pilates session. Over the past eight years Chris has designed sessions to strengthen my core stability (muscles) in particular to the trunk and limbs from which I have benefited hugely.
Chris has a warm, friendly, highly professional and intelligent approach to his work. He is very helpful, encouraging and informative (he takes time to explain what he wants me to do and why) and has provided me with lots of useful tips and insight into a range of health matters.
I have just turned 70 and realise just how important it is to maintain a strong and stable core whilst paying equal attention to flexibility and balance which Chris is brilliant at promoting and encouraging.
