Excellent service from Charlie. She was responsive, and genuinely helpful , which made the whole process stress-free. Would highly recommend Absolute!

Absolute was excellent throughout the process. They presented the property very professionally with super photography and write up. They were tenacious in getting qualified buyers through the door and were always on top of things, keeping us informed every step of the way.

not as squeaky clean as they would have you believe. Whilst, I've had a smooth transaction with the Torquay team, in particular Frank & Lisa.

not so great with the lettings side in Paignton. Viewed a flat with Trish, & the landlady. Fervently told the tenancy came with new carpets, Signed the agreement. later, informed existing shabby carpets still in place, dealing with a rogue landlord was not on my agenda.

The property redress scheme is available should you have a similar experience with Absolute sales & lettings.

Quick reply to inquiries about viewings and availability to view in Paignton. Great communication. We had a lovely member of staff from start to finish Anita Batson, she was a star ⭐. Took us around to view what properties we wanted & plus Anita offered others to view if we wanted to take a look we wanted to, which once she popped back to office to inform them & pick up keys and information. As we was living in the West Midlands , Anita kept us up to-date & like wise from us. Gary also helped us with inquiries when Anita had her day off. Over all what a fantastic team they have in Paignton’s Absolute office would highly recommend.
Once we moved down to Paignton & into our new home with amazing views of the beach & can see Torquay , once we got our keys & went into our new home there was a card & a box of goodies & offers on some retailers from Absolute estate agent , what a sweet surprise & big Thank You from us both.

Communication from Anita from the outset was brilliant with her working hard to facilitate a viewing while we were visiting the area from London. All details and communications have been accurate and timely and the progression work was also helpful especially when we had some delays due to slow buyer on our sale property

I had a viewing on a lovely flat hosted by Kate Harris from then Paignton department. The viewing was very professional, so much so that I applied and moved into the property.
I have a very good customer service with a very quick and fluid transaction.
Upon collecting the keys I was given a welcome pack with a lovely card and a box full of goodies!

I cannot recommend Absolute highly enough. Gary and his team at the Paignton office gave excellent service and attention to selling my property. Having had my house on the market with another estate agent for the first six months of the year with very few viewings, I switched to Absolute and my property got sold in the first week. Their marketing is amazing with beautiful photography done along with a 3D video tour. Viewings and offers were all done through an App which makes life a lot easier to keep track of activity and feedback from viewings was given immediately - no having to wait several days! All the team are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to give an all round fantastic service from start to finish. Not only were the sales team great, doing thorough research on the market to best advise how to price and market my property, but the sales progress team were also excellent in pushing my sale through and updating me every week on progress. 10/10 - would use Absolute again in a heart beat and recommend to any and all my friends/family in the Torbay area. Thank you for such a brilliant service.

Absolute we’re with us all the way from viewing the property with a view of putting the property on the market up to completion. Hannah the sales assistant in Brixham handled all the appointments and kept us updated before and after viewings. With a very competitive sales commission we could not fault any of the Absolute team in the way they handled the sale.

The staff at Absolute, particularly Shannon, were excellent and professional throughout and determined that Emily and I would secure our dream home, which we did, despite many hurdles put in our way. Great service and thanks to the Absolute Torquay team!

The Absolute team in Torquay have been incredible with the sale of my property. From valuation, to photos/marketing (which were amazing quality), to arranging listings, and communication - the whole service has been top standard. Kim has been particularly great with sales progression and sorting the chain out. I used them before for the purchase of my property, and when it came to selling there was no doubt in my mind about choosing Absolute. I would recommend to anyone.
