Excellent experience working with Guy who recently sold my property. Guy is extremely honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. He really does have his customers best interests at heart. I would recommend using Guy again and again.

Not all Estate Agents are the same!
If everything went smoothly when buying and selling houses, we would all be doing it ourselves! The fact is, moving house is stressful for all concerned and there are many bumps along the road. Having Guy Rolfe alongside us to navigate the tricky decisions and situations has made the whole process easier, less stressful and, at times, even fun!
Like most people wanting to sell their home, we contacted several local high street Estate Agents to come and assess our property before going on the market. Guy stood out from the crowd because of his independence, his ability to tailor-make a solution for us, his obvious wealth of experience, and the fact that he simply seemed to be a genuine, honest, down-to-earth bloke.
We truly felt like Guy always had our best interests at heart and he rode to the rescue on more than one occasion. He showed great tenacity in getting us to exchange and completion, chasing up solicitors, estate agents and buyers whenever necessary; he was always quick to respond to any queries we had (regardless of how simple they may have been!) and his professionalism was second-to-none!
It has been a pleasure working with Guy over the last 5 months or so and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

Fantastic service, very professional, good communication

I placed my house on the market with Guy on Monday, within a couple of days Guy had arranged 10 viewings for Thursday, we had a full asking price offer on the same day, then had another full asking price offer from first time buyers on the Monday. It took him one week to market our house and sell it!!! Through out the whole process Guy gave us expert advice and was always availible to answer any questions and concerns. Simply the Best, highly recommend!!!!!!

I want to thank Adam Overstone for helping me sell my property. I couldnt have asked for a better service. If I had any problems he was the middle man between myself and the auctioneers he went above and beyond to sell my place and more importantly keeping me in the loop as to what was going on. Following the sale of my flat, he also managed to find me somewhere else to move right away and made the transition swift. Again Adam thank you....oh and a genuinley nice and friendly guy

We sold our home with Andy at the end of last year. He gave us a honest market valuation with lots of information about the selling process. After we decided to sell with Andy, he was quick to get the photos and put our home on the market.
Our home sold very quickly and Andy was always very easy to get hold of and good at keeping us in the loop. He got us over the finishing line and we couldn’t be happier.

We enlisted Andy and his wonderful team to sell our property late last year. This is the second time we have sold a house with Moving You and would never go with anyone else now. Andy was always available to answer and queries and to get things moving along quicker. We were always kept informed of the progress throughout the entire process. Nicola was absolutely fantastic!! The pictures she took were fabulous and she went above and beyond to be there for as many viewings as possible, even putting her own schedule aside to squeeze in another viewing for us. We accepted an offer after the first day of viewings which was full. I could tell that the way Nicola spoke about the house was genuine, so much so that she could’ve sold it back to us. Even with the first house we sold through Moving you, it was all done very professionally and quickly. We could not have wished for a better team. Andy provided a first rate service for the sale of our property, 20 Ty Bryn Gardens, Pencoed. We contacted him on Saturday and one week later we had sold. In that week he provided a detailed, honest evaluation of our house. He advised on what we needed to do, helped us do it, organised photos and marketed for an open day the following Saturday; in fact we had viewings and an acceptable offer on the Friday.
