Very efficient removal team, flexible and accommodating. We changed our move date a few times and they were great about it, no fuss whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

TERRIBLE AND STRESSFUL- AVOID

I previously used them in July and they were excellent ( that specific team were extremely helpful) - However on this occasion the lack of planning, and organisation was amateurish. They left appliances in my flat and did not communicate.

The team lead accused me of lying whilst arguing with my 6 month pregnant wife - they wasted time and purposefully waited around in order to get additional £ for overtime even though the confusion was entirely on there side.

They made an already stressful day 100x worst, whilst the operations manager did resolve various issues he had zero idea on what the initial plan was and was given false feedback from his team. The lack of communication from the removal men was shocking.

A huge thumbs up for the team that came to help and assist the initial removal men.

Really smooth service and a great crew. All that was committed was delivered and the guys did a quick job and were very polite and efficient.

HORRID EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
THE MANAGER WAS RUDE SO HAD TO PUT HIM IN HIS PLACE FIRSTLY. THE REMOVAL MEN WERE PATRONISING , IMPATIENT, KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE LIST BEING DIFFERENT TO ITEMS IN PROPERTY. (THE FAULT OF MANAGER GIVING INCORRECT DETAILS).
THE PREVIOUS BOOKED PRICE WAS INCREASED WITHOUT NOTICE ON THE DAY OF REMOVAL SO THEY LEFT HALF THE CONTENTS OF PR0PERTY STILL THERE.
THE 4 HOUR WINDOW WAS CHANGED T0 12HRS WITHOUT CONSENT.
A NEW BOOKING VIA A DIFFERENT COMPANY HAD T0 BE DONE TO COLLECT REMAINING ITEMS.

Excellent value and great service- so helpful especially as our move did not go smoothly- they organised storage for us over the weekend and moved us in the Monday. Really helpful and their lovely men waited in the snow without complaining to ensure our house contents were safe for 7 hours without complaining - highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Excellent removal company, would highly recommend. From booking to the task being completed, we had no problems at all. The team we had were punctual, very courteous & polite. If I ever need to use a removal company again, they would be my first choice and will advise friends & family to use them

Used them back in April and they were great so I have decided to use them again for this move. However, we were provided with a quote and 4 days before the move, I was contacted by them to say that they can maintain the same quote as their pricing policy has changed and they would need to charge me a minimum of 5 hours, with almost double the price. Very disappointing that they cant not keep their words and comply to their agreement

Terrible experience, DO NOT TOUCH.
Fake quotes to initially give you competitive quote then add on later! Following this they say 30 boxes were paid for, but do not determine box size - let me have tinyest boxes. Worked it up to 10s more as they were tiny.
A one bed flat was emptied, packed and removed in 12 HOURS!! I paid for 7 which is also a large amount of hours for a single person. I also in 2018 moved from a 5 bed house in 6 hours, with 2 men. How is a one bed flat so much??

On top of that, they were rude, shouting in my new building, threatened to take my boxes to storage if I didn't pay them extra and upfront before they delivered. Moving is stressful - you DO NOT NEED THIS COMPANY.
The manager Ivan, also threatened me to NOT leave a review. I have done so as I think they need to work on what they did to me as a single lady moving.
Not blackmailing for extra money and moving stuff to storage.
Please do not use them, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
The remover Maryam was OK, he worked hard but even the workers were complaining about the manager.

Muito fácil de utilizar, consegui colocar tudo o que eu precisava para o meu vídeo de forma simples e rápida. O programa é intuitivo, cheio de recursos que deixaram a edição fácil e rápida.
Super recomendo.
Meu vídeo teve 15 minutos e não travou ou apresentou erro. Consegui adicionar efeitos e músicas. Virei fã

Prompt, efficient, polite and on time, excellent service, would certainly recommend

I use Movivan many times a year for work and the company is really the only one I can rely on to always provide a reliable and efficient service. Mukhtar my main contact is always super responsive and I have never encountered any problems with them at all.

The word disappointing does not quite sum it up. Before removal day Movivan were relatively helpful and attentive, but on the day they turned up an hour late, were extremely rude and seemed irritated that I had been expecting them at a different time. Despite having booked (and paid for) two vans, they arrived with one and complained that I had too many belongings and that they weren't sure if they would be able to complete the job. Guess what - our belongings comfortably fitted in one van and they were able to complete the job within the agreed time, despite their constant moaning.

The removal men were generally competent, but on arrival at our new home they demanded an immediate payment of £750 in cash. We had agreed previously to pay in cash once we reached our new property, but I hadn't expected to have to pay immediately - especially as I had already paid a 25% deposit. I was stunned when the men refused to continue with the job until we gave them the cash, , instead sitting in their van doing nothing. They threated to charge us extra if the job ended up going over the allotted time.

They might say that this is in their terms and conditions, but it was a genuine mistake on our part - moving home is very stressful and I simply forgot to get the cash out before they unloaded. I believe a bit of compassion should have been shown, rather than refusing to work and leaving my wife frantically driving around our new town trying to find a cashpoint. Did they honestly think that we would refuse to pay them? We were treated like criminals who were trying to rob them - really not what we needed on an already stressful day.

I texted my concerns the following day and was ignored, so I can only conclude that Movivan could not care less about their customers.

I can now see that Movivan have responded to my review. I don't particularly like being called a liar, so I will respond here.

They have said that two vans were sent on the day. I am not disputing that, but if this is the case then why was I told by a member of their team that there was only one van? I only saw one van - perhaps two were sent but it was really not clear. And I am still baffled as to why a member of your team repeatedly claimed to be concerned about whether our belongings would fit into ONE van.

I was not told on removal day that the payment needed to be done before offloading. We were told on arrival at our new home, and we then arranged the cash as quickly as we could (despite having to collect our son from nursery). Movivan's claims that compassion was shown are absolutely hilarious - perhaps this is true, if you believe that calling and hassling us constantly for the money and behaving as though we were defrauding them is a compassionate way to behave.

The idea that I should remove or change my review because they sent an apologetic email to my wife and I is completely baffling. An apology should be the bare minimum for the way that we were treated.

The incredibly defensive, unpleasant and actually quite aggressive response to this review from Movivan have only confirmed that writing it was the right thing to do. In their reply below they claim that I agreed that they don't deserve a 1* review - after their frankly embarrassing behaviour I think they should consider themselves lucky that Trustpilot do not offer an option for 0*.

If you don't want to receive negative reviews, I would highly recommend treating your customers properly.

Yet again, I needed the service of Movian. They never failed to deliver a first-class service removal service. Furthermore, their storage facilities are secure and safe.

Two different sets of family members have used Movivan before, and recommended them to us for our move from London to Hertford. From them coming out to give us a quote, through to moving our furniture, everything was very proffessional and efficient. We used two vans, for a 3 bedroom house. It was packed up into the vans by 12 noon and unpacked at Hertford by 3pm. Everything was treated with care, wrapped where necessary with bubble wrap or blankets. The moving guys were very friendly and worked quickly. I absolutely recommend this company!

Otimo programa de edição de videos, antes eu utilizava um editor de videos do meu celular e nao era nada pratico, mas sempre corria dos editores de computador pois nao eram intuitivos. Porem com o moviva tudo mudou, é um excelente aplicativo para edições dos meus videos no youtube, eu recomendo muito esse app para edição! Otimo programa de edição de videos, antes eu utilizava um editor de videos do meu celular e nao era nada pratico, mas sempre corria dos editores de computador pois nao eram intuitivos. Porem com o moviva tudo mudou, é um excelente aplicativo para edições dos meus videos no youtube, eu recomendo muito esse app para edição!

Mukhtar and his team at Movivan were hugely helpful from start to finish. Their fee was the most reasonable and they were professional and available throughout the process. A house move is stressful and they took care of all our requirements including the safe transfer of heavy and fragile items. We will use Movivan again in the future.

Very reliable, helpful company. Movers had a very can-do attitude and were considerate and friendly.

Sadly I had a bad experience with Movivan end of June 2022 and would not recommend them. The drivers were great and did the job helpfully and efficiently both packing in London and on arrival at the destination. I had a horrible experience with their management however whose interactions with me were unpleasant to say the least. Worse an item of furniture was damaged on arrival but I discovered the company only compensates to a value of £40 (!) which may well be an unenforceable term under the Consumer Contracts Regs. Not adequate compensation by any reckoning - a replacement piece of furniture was in the £000s. But as it turned out they didn't even pay me that amount... Definitely not an experience I want to repeat.
