Movivan sent through all their terms with the initial quote which other companies didn’t, i liked this as there was full disclosure from the start. Very friendly over the phone organising our move. Call the day before to confirm everything. The movers were great. Areived early, very efficient and quick. All items survived the trip in great condition and unpacked in to whatever room we wanted rather than just dumping it.

They came highly recommended from two family members who used them in the last 6 months. Mukhtar kept me informed regularly prior to the move and on the day checked in regularly to see how the two guys they’d sent were doing. The team were efficient, friendly, and on the ball and I won’t take offence that they didn’t think my jokes were funny 😁 They wrapped the mattress in shrink wrap to keep them clean. Everything was packed safely and delivered to the new home efficiently. Unfortunately, can’t remember the names of the guys that helped us anymore (Josh? Ko? Fabio? — my brain is moosh after the move) but they were incredible! I would highly recommend them and certainly intend on using them again IF I ever decide to move again — which we don’t want to .. EVER AGAIN 🤪 thank you for everything. I will certainly be recommended you to anyone i know who is moving!

Baixei sem muitas expectativas, mas o programa é muito fácil de usar (e instalar), com uma interface descomplicada, não precisa ser muito entendido em edição para conseguir fazer boas coisas. Tem efeito ótimo para todas as funções, consegue editar imagens, vídeos e sons, podendo fazer uma montagem excelente. Além do recurso do chroma key, pra quem usa.

I booked Movivan on recommendation from a friend. I used them for both packing and moving. I found them quick and efficent at packing and very careful and organised when moving items. Everything was packed well, the only thing i would change is more detailed labelling of boxes. Only having B1/B2 or Kitchen written meant that each box needs to be opened to locate items. It would be helpful to have a bit more detail of the contents, i.e kitchen (pans).

Absolutely lovely movers. That is, the people who actually did the moving. Polite, efficient and courteous. Job done in below the estimated time. Nothing damaged.

The company however, I'd give 3.5 stars. I paid for 3 movers. 2 showed up. Did not get notified before hand. Plus, I had to call them to get a refund (which they paid). Would have been nice of them to inform me prior.

We just hired Movivan to move us from Reading to Shropshire- not an easy move.
Their quote was very competitive, their customer care and communications with us were excellent throughout and I’ve never seen a team work so hard to get the job done. They knew exactly what they were doing, were extremely focused with no desire to chat and they paid great care with every picture, mirror or glass. Everything was expertly packed and moved, over two days with not a single breakage. Amazing.

Excellent services, the team showed up and had furniture taken down & moved in no time. Friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Great value as well. Would definitely recommend.

In reply to Movivan response to my review, they never went over the estimated time of the removal. I paid my bill when the guys turned up to the property. As a matter of fact they finished early 1/2 an hour early. They started at 9am and finished at 2.30ish. I was quoted 6 1/2 hrs for £618. I paid 25 percent when I booked and the balance before they offloaded. That was due to my diligence and myself and others helping to bring things down to their van. So when the person who responded to my review saying I got an extra 2 1/2 hours, that's a outright lie. If you look at previous bad reviews that this company had got;(which I wished I had read),there seems to be a consistent issue with broken TV's. Also, they never take responsibility for their workers actions. I could insinuate that some of the reviews left for this company could be not real but then that might putting my review in the same category. Read between the lines people, I know you're intelligent enough to understand what I'm saying. Anyway, it would be nice if Movivan would send me my Blue Badge back which I loaned the drivers so that they could park outside my building without charge.

This company packed and moved me and my family over a 3 day period. the packers turned up on day 1 and they were fast! The movers on day 2. We have a lot of stuff and needed 3 wagons to move it all. There was a logistical issue at the end of the day, which the management responded to and sorted out quickly. The crew was efficient and responsive, asking for clarification about destination rooms when needed. Day 3, after a 4 hour drive from London, the guys turned up in High Peak at 10:00 and put everything in place. I'm really happy with the service.

Workers are solid - swift packing - unbuild / rebuild Ikea that did not fit through door. Great Job Marian and colleague - just hope these guys get paid enough as they are well worth it ! Will defo use again and recommend. London to Brighton - Movivan 5 *

They gave me a reasonable quote. I made a booking and paid deposit two weeks before the moving date. Just a few days before the moving date, they called me and canceled my booking. They just said staff shortage without proper explanation. Stay away from this company. Their reasonable quotes are just a trap. There is no guarantee they will appear or keep their words. Wish I could give them a zero star.

Excellent service. The removal guys were courteous, very hardworking and pleasant company. The job was completed in the time they predicted.

1st experience with Movivan (summer 2020) was great, the office team was proactive, reactive, they reassure me, answer quickly my emails…).
2nd experience with Movivan (summer 2021) was a CATASTROPHE, I asked for an option with storage for a month-4 weeks (wasn’t sure of the exact dates). It took longer to get a quotation and it was over 30% expensive than the year before, but let’s say is fine.
3 WEEKS BEFORE THE MOVING OUT DAY, I gave them the exact dates (5 weeks and 2 days of storage), but they didn’t update the quotation (had many chances to updated it, and never did).
It wasn’t until the DELIVERY DAY that they make me pay the extra (10 days of storage). Apparently is “their policy” to treat clients like that: where the field guys stop delivery while the payment hasn’t gone through. NOT EXACTLY THE EXPERIENCE I WOULD RECOMMEND.
In simple words, if you have storage to do, you need to push them to do their job properly! So better choose another company!
Ah! And I asked for the stairs to be protected (have proof that they would), and simply they didn’t. I don’t know if it’s the office or the field team issue, but definitely, they have many issues to fix. In the meantime, I suggest you call another company.

The Movivan team arrived 15 minutes earlier and were very well-prepared and keen to start.

The service was affordable, quick, efficient, and professional. The movers were polite and hard-working and handled our items with care.

There was an issue with getting charged for an extra hour but it quickly got resolved when I called the admin office.

5 stars and would gladly hire again!!

I am so pleased I went with movivan. One company let me down and movivan stepped in at the last minute. They were absolutely superb!! The two gentlemen worked so incredibly hard, they were polite, helpful and so careful with our belongings. Thank you movivan.

Found this company online. I highly recommend them. Very professional, calm and friendly. Followed my instructions and made no fuss even if my "did it myself"packing was not up the standard. I got a very good deal too. So definitely made my moving very smooth.

Movivan was suggested by a very good friend who just used them to move to High Wycombe. I gave them a call, and they had such great customer service. And it was such a reasonable quote, I went with them, and I'm glad I did. The service they provided, the team that was sent, even during the move I had to hire another van through them, and it was such a smooth transaction with them. The move was completed efficiently, and no headaches or hick up's. I would advised you to give them a call, you will not regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the quote to completion. Miro was my contact person through the whole thing, he was kind, professional and most importantly worked with my needs. I had a tiny bit of a complicated move they handled it like stars, even getting everything done before the initial timeframes we discussed!! The guys who packed our things and physically moved everything we’re things of LEGEND. Not one thing was broken and I have more bar glasses then I’d like to admit. I honestly just can’t say enough about them. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and professional. Thank you Miro and Movivan for making this stressful time as stress free as possible!!!! I highly recommend you use this company for any removal needs!
