Great, efficient, friendly service from enquiry to booking through to service.

Mow Now team arrived at scheduled time and efficiently completed job required.
Friendly and courteous as well.
Process of booking and communication was easy and prompt.

Emma did an amazing job on our nature strip, it definitely looks amazing, 10x's better then before. Also was very quick and efficient, just came in and got the job done.
Easy also with the communications team aswell. Quotes were reasonable for the job and my lawns were done the following day.

Do not use this company ! They have never showed up on the actual day they were booked for, they take your money and then you are rebooked a million times. I paid $90 22/12/23 grass has still not been mowed, excuse after excuse after excuse, then I get an email saying sorry for the inconvenience but we don’t do your area anymore, now trying to get a refund which so far has been the same as trying to get my grass mowed

We booked and paid for a day waiting the entire day and no one showed up. Then they said they would come on Saturday but at lunchtime they advised that they can only do it on Monday! very unorganised!

I have only ordered two mowing services from MowNow. The first was rescheduled after a no-show that I had to inform them of. When it was completed, it was done well, however I was charged $20 for waste removal. The second has been rescheduled three times so far. And yesterday was another no-show with no communication.

The part that I like least is that they take payment at the time of booking, and at least in my case, seem almost completely incapable of providing the service I’ve paid for - at least in a timely manner.

The customer service is good. But if you are located in Brisbane Southside, give these guys a miss.

Bryce was running late. The nice thing is he communicated this with me so I was aware. Once he arrived he was quick and efficient. He completed the job without any fuss. I am very satisfied with the job and service he provided.

Daniel did a good job with my lawn it was a trifle overgrown and he completed the job very quickly and left the site clean and tidy.

Gardener was friendly, quick with service, and thorough. He communicated effectively so as to ensure job was well done, very satisfied!

It's a company that has a very comfortable process from reservation to work. And Sylvia's work was so great. He cleaned up all the mowed grass.
The work was so good. The lawn was cleaned up perfectly. Thank you.

The two people who came on the 8th, Scott and Susie, did an excellent job and were very thorough. They did all that was asked of them and I couldn’t be happier. And they were friendly too. 10/10 you two!

They quoted on a job, wanted up front pay, hassled me for a screen shot or a bank statement of my payment, after I had paid. Lots of contact re the money, but nothing much after they got it. They took ages to actually start the job, did less than half of the job and said that had used up all the money. They refuse to understand that I was willing to pay the estimate and maybe a bit more for the whole job but they did less than half. It's a way of getting work I think, they are now saying the whole job will be another $1200 or so, more than triple the initial quote. Really feel scammed now, didn't even get a receipt.
