I've been using Mow Now for nearly a year now. My lawn is a 10 minute job, Mow Now is great value and and when the gardener actually shows up the work is excellent.

The problem is they just don't show up when they say they will.

I give them an all-day window, and yet 3 in 4 times its a no-show. The excuses range from no parking, that it's raining, the gardener's equipment broke, they "accidentally" booked the wrong date, no one answered the door, etc. This has gotten progressively worse, my latest appointment has been rescheduled 6 times now.

I'm pretty flexible. They have an all-day window since I'm at home, and the occasional last minute reschedule is fine, things happen. This is beyond ridiculous.

Andrew did a great job of our lawns. Happy with the service and prompt response from my inquiry.

Daniel came on time for appointment and cut the grass well. And the whole place he worked looks tidy. He’s a true professional!

On time, friendly service, fantastic job on a tricky yard.

We had, I believe his name was Stuart sorry bad with names, visit and take care of our yard. Excellent work done, and went above and beyond our expectations, moving around some items in our yard to get absolutely everything looking amazing. 10/10 will be setting up a regular arrangement as well as recommending to friends and family.

The communication was excellent, timely bookings service, and the job was very well done. The worker also checked in to make sure we were happy with the job. A very happy customer!

Cancelled booked time with a weak excuse. Then did come and did a terrible job of my lawn. Patches unmowed, and petrol burn on the grass.

When I complained they refunded my money. I guess it's the same with this type of franchise in that it depends on the person who does the work. I don't know who it was as the lawn was “mowed” when I was out but I hope that Mownow us reviewing.

Terrible job for the price paid, also the gardener was late to the job and did a horrible job

Booked on 15 of August for 28th. Still waiting on 29th. Excuse after excuse. I’m in a bind because of a quiet city bylaw. I’ll. Give them to the end of today and hopefully my credit card company will refund my 165$.

The Husband and wife couple from St Marys we’re both wonderful and trustworthy people I thought

The mowing was done well with a professional finish with good attention to detail.

Yard was tidy and clean, very good communication :)

Tom did a great job. Highly recommend this service!
