Die georderte Ware wurde noch am Tag der Bestellung versandt und kam entsprechend schnell und gut verpackt an.
Die Navigation der Website per Safari war nicht optimal, einige Tees (HeiCha) waren nur auf Umwegen zu finden.

My visit to the store was fantastic, great and welcoming service, they helped me find the best oolongs, a tea bottle, and a tea towel all of which I like very much and am having a great time with! Thanks so much!

I placed my order expecting a month's wait, but ended up waiting barely over a week, and even then, the package was here the day before they told me!.
The teas, of which I ordered five, are all extremely well priced for the quality, and the descriptions on the website really help you understand the tea.
When I received my order, one of the teas was wrongly shipped, (they sent another tea by a very similar name, from the same collection and producer), and after letting them know, they offered a 50% refound on it, making sure I was satisfied.
This is what customer service is, and I will order again very soon.

I really liked the space they had for the workshop, cozy and relaxing. The instructor of the workshop was knowledgable and answered all our questions patiently. I learned a lot about the history of matcha, how to make it etc. Only point that I was a bit surprised about was that when I booked the workshop it said that we would be there for 2 hours and we would also make matcha cocktails but that did not happen and we only tried out making matcha lattes and not cocktails and it took 1 hour. That could have been managed better maybe for the rest very nice experience

If you want to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of harmony and have a wonderful time over a cup of aromatic tea, this place is made for you!
Such a rich selection of teas from all over the world, gathered in one place, is probably unheard of in the Netherlands.
I also really enjoyed the natural herbal infusions, which are exclusively available in large quantities at the MoyChay store.

I wanted to buy Hojicha, so I ordered it on Moychay.nl. together with a beautiful matcha bowl. It was promptly delivered, very well packed and Hojicha is very delicious.

What a cozy spot! Amazing selection of tea and teaware, and a lovely time to be had sitting and drinking some tea for a while. Staff were friendly and happy to let us try many things. I would go every week if I lived in Amsterdam!
