Чай посредственный, цена завышена и не соответствует качеству , сервис навязчивый с кучей спама. Единственное что порадовало ,это быстрая доставка , поэтому 2 звезды ,а не одна . Больше заказывать не буду.

I attended a tea tasting workshop. There were around 15 people attending. We were sitting in few lines, Sergey was in front of us making tea. What I didn't like: 1. we tested around 17 different teas, I couldn't remember any of it, we had no list to make notes. 2. Sergey was far away, so people were passing the very hot cups to one another. Some of the teas were not passed and missed. And you don't realize it. It's very disappointing. 3. I received many emails about: points received (which I don't want to, I didn't sign up for loyalty program!); rate product, rate experience, etc. So annoying. 4. The website is really bad experience nowadays. What I liked: interesting experience, kind stuff and owner.

I am deeply disappointed in your service with my most recent order. I love your products, but this most recent experience has been nothing but frustrating. Unfortunately this has not been the first time in which I've had trouble making and/or picking up an order.

After first being misinformed about when my order was available for pick-up, incurring extra costs (and time) on me to come to pick it up, I opened the package I was given saw that that the contents of the package do not match what I ordered. The pitcher you had displayed as #11862 on your website did not match the shape of the picture I received. The one on the website has a lip for pouring, and a totally rounded handle. The one I received had no lip and a differently shaped handle. It's clearly been mislabelled on your end, as the label number on the bottom does match the number on the website, but looks very different from the product image on the site.

Another time I made an order, only to receive an email days later that the article I ordered on your site wasn't actually available, despite it being visible and available for purchase on your site.

Ik had verwacht dat de workshop boven in het café zou zijn, waar het wat rustiger is. In plaats daarvan zaten we beneden, en daar was het best rumoerig. wat jammer was voor de sfeer en de beleving.

Ook over de prijs was ik verbaasd. Bij het boeken stond €35, maar verderop in de beschrijving stond €20. Eerlijk gezegd vond ik €20 ook een betere prijs voor wat we kregen.

De tea tasting duurde vrij lang, waardoor er weinig tijd overbleef voor het andere deel van de workshop. Juist toen ik er een beetje lekker in zat, was het alweer afgelopen.

De docent wist op een aantal vragen geen goed antwoord te geven. Ook de hand-outs kwamen van een website. Ik kende die site zelf nog niet, maar had wel het gevoel dat ik deze informatie ook prima zelf had kunnen opzoeken. Ik had gehoopt dat de docent meer eigen kennis en ervaring zou delen, en dat we echt iets nieuws zouden leren.

Al met al viel het een beetje tegen

This was a spontaniously visit for an Event with Sergey. He wants to show his new teas and I want to check it. The sunday is a llttle more stressfull for visiting Tea House, because of work and a longer way and day up to 2:00 next day... Before the Event I decided to take a private Pincha, because of rain. The teahouse was very full and loud. A little bit to much for me, but I could enjoy my Pincha. The Event was absolutely awesome. Very good tea to taste, some great neighbor's at my place to discuss what Sergey brew for us. Many teas was very premium or special. Sergey was in his element to tell us many about tea productions with a very good english. But I was more focused to enjoy the tea with a guest from Belgium and Daniel. And this was awesome with this high quality teas. The next day I was alone and had to work for 3... Sorted next day 900 Mails with Toelatingsbescheid most for Volksfeest in a very short time with many Tein in veins that they can go out ;-) I should visit more Amsterdam and teahouse to get more super powers ;-)

Tasting the teas was nice, the thing that was a bit too much was when the tea instructor began using mystical and spiritual symbolism to describe the tea tasting experience. There was no need to add a religion/spirituality to the tea tasting.

The staff was very friendly and gave me several tips to finding teas. And the teas were very delicious!

Workers are super nice and helpful, tea selection is wonderful. Something for every taste. The mocktails are a little expensive but good, tea are available with varying prices.

I purchased for the first time some GABA Tea in the MoyChay.nl online shop. Really high quality Tea and so good experience with shipping! For sure i buy something else here again.

Классное место. Я бы сказала, легендарное :) Купила вкусный чай, дали в подарок пиалу и ещё пробников с разными чаями. Нравится атмосфера, ассортимент, дружелюбность персонала. Категорически рекомендую для посещения!
