Good Day
Our emails are not working properly.
We are again TODAY unable to send or receive emails!
Often emails do not reach their destination when sent??
Some might go through and some dont go through!!??
There is no way to reach your office by phone, this is not helpfull!!??
If this problem persists then we will have to change our email server!

Falta atendimento personalizado (corporativo). Deviam usar Tickets é para técnicos e controle de execução de tarefas... não para gestores / administrativos.

You are not solving my problem. I have a grace period to renew my domain. You are holding it against the rules. You asked me to wait unless its available again. Why again? I am the owner of the domain. I have right to renew. I will raise this issue about your company scam in hosting discussion forums. You are trying to blackmail me on my domain renewal.
