Had a few windows fitted with this company MPN windows a good few months back. Team were absolutely amazing & so helpful when showing options, colours, designs, etc & the communication made me feel at ease whilst work was being done. Work was spot on & they know their stuff. Clean & tidy company throughout the job. Really recommend 😊

Great service from start to finish
Had new patio doors and front door loads of choice of designs and colours
Also clean and tidy throughout the work with Christmas approaching finished on time.

Had back door and 3 windows from MPN WINDOWS late last year , loads of stunning choices ,colours designs etc , great team who fitted them ,clean and prompt , well happy with the finish and service ,would defo recomend

I have recently had a composite door in black added.

I wasn't sure what to have or what would be best for my house, but immediately the MPN rep I spoke to was brilliant and so informative. He went through everything and made sure I had everything I wanted, I felt no pressure at all.

The fitters were efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful. I am so happy with the quality of my door and side panel, its really made my house look so much more modern and welcoming and my house is much warmer too.

Second time using MPN windows. Had windows and patio door fitted by Logan and Ethan who were very efficient and professional. Windows and door fitted to an exceptional standard . They should be proud of their work . From start to completion MPN windows customer service has been excellent and We would definitely use them again .

I had a new front and rear door installed in summer 2024 to a house I moved into in summer 2025. I was present for the installation which at the time i thought, boy they were quick, a couple of hours, a few squirts of insulation (literally) quick smear of sealant and gone.

The rear door was always a bit tight, always needed pushing into position.

We have now moved in, on week 1 the lock on the rear door stopped working, the service engineer could not get there till the week later, great!!! I would not be present so left him a key.

He called me to say the door had dropped, and he had adjusted it "its very common, I have also adjusted the front door which had moved a little also"

Re the rear door he had adusted it, and now we have a door sitting proud of its hinges, that is how bad the original fitting was. The window is not sitting correctly inside the frame with clear bowing and the gap around door to the frame is not consistent. We messaged them on the 5th of August to inform them, sending them pictures of the glazing, they promised to send someone out, my partner gave them her phone number, it is now the 16th, we are still waiting for that visit and, THE LOCK IS AGAIN NOT WORKING!!! so we ONCE AGAIN cannot access our rear garden. we emailed them on this and the response was, "we will get someone there next week. (not good enough)

We were sold very expensive composite doors on the basis that they were high quality German made products, there flagship doors, if that is the case they should be installed with care and attention not just slapped up and drilled in.

It may well be the case that this company focuses on the big money ticket items, and that a couple of doors is not worth their best installers, I said to my partner at the time, they couldnt wait to get out of here.

The most disappoint thing is that at no time has there been an urgency to solve the problem or an acknowledgement that the issue is the installation, and there has never been any kind of apology.

So despite all the rave reviews on this site, my experience is exactly the opposite. If i could have awarded 0 stars I would have.

The below response from MPN windows is simply untrue.
I have no record of them offering a visit or of me declining one.

Hi all just like to say I had a problem with my door handle phoned MPN this afternoon to say it was faulty within the hour Dave had turned up from MPN fixed my door can’t say that it could have been done any quicker thanks so much for really quick service

Update to my review on 10th April 2025!
I have had all my windows and doors fitted by MPN over the last 15 years and I have always had excellent service so I was very disappointed when I developed a problem with my front door and received no response from the company hence my previous review.
I was contacted by MPN recently to say they now had new management and Paul called around today to rectify the problem which I am more than happy with. Paul explained about issues with the company and I am very happy to see they are trading again as the reputable company they have always been.

If I could give zero I would. Had a conservatory installed in 2021 and have had a problem with the roof since January. Phoned numerous times eventually got through and was told everyone had left the company but were employing new installers and someone would contact us. Have now been told MPN windows has now ceased trading. 😡😡😡. So I thought I would ring FENSA as MPN advertise installations are backed by them only to be told MPN never registered our installation with with them. So have no warranty a worthless guarantee and a faulty roof. I am furious.

I've been trying to contact this company for the past 2 weeks. They haven't answered my messages and emails. They're quick enough to take your money but they don't honour the 10 year guarantee. The quality of the work is appalling. They are not true tradesmen.

I was very impressed with the service I received from MPN. The sales representative, Paul Glastonbury, gave me plenty of useful information and a variety of options to help me make decisions.
There was no hard sell. The products were of a high standard and the price quoted seemed very reasonable.
Any queries I had were answered immediately by the owner, Paul.
