PORTED MORTGAGE - shocking experience

Mpowered's process for existing customers moving home is shocking. No upfront information online, manual process, blended interest rate. No information is available until they hard search the mortgage application and then afterwards they provide a "blended rate" try to add hidden fees. Terrible system, terrible service.

Fantastic Experience

A Fantastic first couple of experiences with Mpowered Mortgages, I am a mortgage adviser of 25+ years, I submitted 2 applications, we had mortgage offers on both cases within days.

Hopefully it will shake some of the traditional lenders archaic approach

First application

This was the first application I had submitted to MPowered, it was dealt with very quickly with minimum of fuss. The offer had to be revised and this was done within 24 hours. My BDM contact was great and dealt with a couple of queries for me in an efficient manner

Well, hands down this was the BEST experience I have ever had as an intermediary. Try it for yourself. From application to full offer in 30 min. That included manual underwriting. Now, excuse me while i go pick my jaw up off the floor...

I would give 5 but the IT side still


I would give 5 but the IT side still needs a little work. System scanning of documents take far too long and is a gimmick - let us choose what the documents are instead. Also, no emails were generated letting me know of document requests so I had to manually login and check. So nice to have an underwriter who picks up the phone!
