I have been an adviser for 17 years and the tech has moved dramatically. MPowered have a really easy to use system and no where near the amount of info some lenders require to assess lending. Tech issues with the AIp not working inâŠ
Tech issues with the AIp not working in the first place which then took 24 hours to sort lots of issues uploading documents once again tech issues and that took 48 hours to sort, it was scanning bank statements and saying it was missing a month when it wasn't it was a real faf in getting doccuments on the system and at one point i wish i had of stuck with Nationwide ! The best part of the whole experience for the first time using you as a lender was Rhonda who was amazingly helpful in getting things sorted and Ryan my BDM assisted me in the process but all credit to Rhonda and I will try you again as once these issues were eventally sorted the rest was smooth :-)
