Feel massively let down and cheated

Massively cheated!!! And Massively disappointed!!!

We were initially told that this. Property (44 castle street, Liverpool) was direct from a developer, which we put reservation fee for. While in fact it was from a receivership, so there is NO TITLE GURANTEE. And we wouldn't know any other debts through receivership adding to the cost. This is feels like a breech of trust/miscommunication with meridian.
We spent the weekend at the property through Airbnb. And there are numerous Structural Defects. We have videos documenting this.
We are still trying to arrange a surveyor to take a look at 44 castle street, Liverpool, but they have been denied access on numerous occasions.
It has been postponed six months since we put our reservation down. And there has been no response, no progress and no effective solutions to all the issues, (The reservation period of 28 days was passed months ago due to issues on their side)
We have subsequently found out that the receiver's solicitor was changed. So the whole process has to begin again. And neither us nor our solicitor has been noticed until now. Let alone there are several other problems on the lease and title..
Massive disappointment!!! Will avoid this agent like Covid.
