My Trapstar jacket arrived on time, with expert sizing help from MrDripZone's team. Accurate order updates, baffled by negative reviews, my experience was exceptional.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Update from my review in November. This company is a scam company. My experience is they ignore and do not refund. Just keep the money. But looking into them, the reviews appear to be they are selling fake gear also.
I was very fortunate that i had a slight suspicion that something may go wrong. So purchased on my credit card. I luckily got my money back on a charge back claim. But the company ignored all contact i made with them. They are now trying to remove my reviews. So thought i would put an update.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. If you look closely at the positive review you can see many are not by genuine customers. All 1 review customer, very suspicious. I don't want anyone else to go through what we did.

This response shows what a scammer company you are. As most of this is a lie. The parcel was lost inn transit. Delivered to the wrong address!. There is no photo with me in it, LIE. It was a photo of the parcel in a bin. Which royal mail admitted it should never have been left there. Royal mail have sent all the appropriate paper work to prove the item was delivered to the wrong address so a claim can be raised against them. They know it was delivered to the wrong address as it was tracked Via their GPS tracker.

They sent a reference code for Mr Drip zone to claim on their insurance. As royal mail take full responsibility for losing the item. The protocol is that Mr Drop zone would then send out a new item/refund and claim off royal mail insurance.

I am unable to raise as claim against them as i was not the sender. Royal mail will ONLY accept a compensation claim from the sender.

I sent all the proof and documentation multiple times to Mr drip zone to claim, but they ignored it all. Never responded once to me!.

The reason i believe you did not claim is because you sent it tracked not special delivery. So the item was only insured to the value of £40. Not the £215 it cost. So you decided to ignore me and keep the money.

A charge back claim is like a bank court. I had to send all the proof of royal mails failed delivery, you not responding or paying. I won the case so that proves i am not lying. Or they wouldn't have paid.

Under the consumer act the retailer/sender is liable for the parcel until it is safely delivered. Which royal mail confirmed it wasn't. So you were liable.
