Honestly one of the best in my opinion.
I've played here quite a bit, starting with the 30 days of 10$ chip bonus, managed to finally win once, which was denied to multiple accounts (untrue) but was able to finally verify my account, although I had to go to ridiculous lengths to verify, including a video of me outside my address, holding a piece of mail with my name on it. But when that was finally over, I was able to withdraw at peace. I managed to win something like 900+ USD, submitted for withdrawal fully prepared for the denial email, but to my genuine surprise, it was in my wallet before I even received the confirmation email. The few times I've been denied a withdraw, was due to multiple bonuses, which fair I guess, but why offer them if I'm unable to actually withdraw on them? But anyways, if you can stomach the horrible amount of kyc hurdles they use, then I'd say theyre worth a shot. Instant withdraws is a huge plus in my book. Currently waiting on 1000$ withdraw elsewhere, that was denied, my account locked and worked until I provided proof of crypto wallet ownership. W days later, I'm allowed back in, but still have to wait for the withdraw to be reviewed (again) and for the finance team to be back in the office on Monday, for them to review it,(yet again) and hopefully release it this time and I know that this is a review for Mr.O not the other place (ozwin casino >_> ) I got distracted im very upset by this still.

They want you to verify your address 4 different ways and want specific pieces of mail when doing so. They won't compromise with what you have

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They refuse to pay out anyone. I sent them more documents than they asked for, they sent me an email asking me to record myself walking around the exterior of my house. Then claimed my New Jersey license was invalid and that I used photo shops I read many reviews saying they sent the same email to them. Money was “appropriated” from my account, stolen basically. I am currently recording the entire process this time to make sure I get paid out. If I don’t no one will be able to play there in the future. Update, they just voided all my winnings yet again.

Wow, I was gonna rate these guys rather high felt like a good casino easy to deposit supposedly easy to withdraw and they are really generous with their promotions.

So generous that for new users like me I got a free $10 chip every day for like five days or 10 days or something like that, was a max cash out of 30 bucks.

Well, tonight I hit that I played through my balance and requested a withdrawal and I have also deposited money myself into my account once or twice.

They denied my request because apparently deep in their terms and condition conditions you can't use more than five consecutive bonuses without corresponding deposits, even though it's literally a new user bonus to give you a free $10 chip every day for like 10 days...

I was going to rate them really well I was really enjoying this place but I think the practice like this is shady and disingenuous and it's really too bad because here I thought I found another good one where I'd be more than happy to put my money and especially when I got paid later in the week

Probably still a young casino but the games are just boring and cheaply made, no real providers they're all there own made games which isn't a problem but the selection is very slim and the features are mostly basic with not much depth.

Withdrawal methods are terrible to, only 2 selections but the deposit has like 8.

The rtp seems alright though, but never got a hit over $30 from 25 cents where as other websites, I might hit in the 40-120 range

From the looks of it, at least they pay though but personally I won't be sticking around.

I won $30 on free spins. I made a deposit about a week ago and the policy has always been no withdrawals if you have utilized more than 5 free spin gifts. Today I requestd my withdrawal and was denied. I am told the policy has changed. Now you can only have 2-3 free gifts! Which is it, 2 or 3? Seems a little unclear to me. I gave them a two just because I did not want my one star to not be impactful. This establishment is deceitful, and I have had hours upon hours wasted by following their play through guidelines. I recently came across this online casino and decided to give it a shot. I created my account. I uploaded photos of my driver's license, my utility bill for proof of residence and then a photo of myself to compare with my license. My account was successfully verified with no problems whatsoever.
I played for several hours having the game up to over $900 at one point. I decided to cash out at $136. I attempted to redeem my winnings and I get an email saying that my redemption was denied because there was 1 other account in my name. I immediately contacted live chat an explained to the representative that I just recently discovered this casino and that it was not opened by me. I then asked if the other account was verified and they said no. I then said well that should tell you right there that it was someone other than myself because they were unable to verify the account. The representative rudely tells me that I broke the rules so the casino was taking back my winnings. Basically, I was robbed by the casino of my winnings. If there was issues with my account then why did it verify me successfully an all that process? I want this made right because this is completely ridiculous, unprofessional, and wrong!

I got the sign up bonus and I ended up getting up to $250. When the playthrough was up they took $150 from me and told me that because it was a bonus that I won all this on I could only withdrawal $100 of it and they wiped the other hundred and fifty off of my account completely gone. Then I got it back up to $200 and I decided I wanted to take out a little bit of it and instead of letting me withdrawal the 100 like they told me originally that I could do they took the entire $200 and said that I didn't make a deposit within 7 Days of getting the sign up bonus so therefore it is forfeited and they took every single dollar.
