Misleading Bonus Terms:

MrO Casino claims players violated a “5-bonus rule” that supposedly prohibits claiming more than 5 bonuses in a row without depositing.

However, affected players did deposit between bonuses and did not exceed 5 bonuses without deposits.

Support refused to clarify the rule or provide any written log or timestamp of bonus use.

No Access to Proper Terms:

Multiple requests for the exact bonus T&Cs were ignored.

Instead, agents repeatedly asked for usernames and country info, avoiding the original question.

No direct links to the rules were shared, and some terms appeared to change mid-session.

Chat Support Malpractice:

Chat support ignored bonus-related questions.

After generic greetings, chats would end abruptly or close after 1–2 minutes of silence.

This happened multiple times, even after clearing cookies and restarting sessions.

After further attempts, players were blocked by IP/device from accessing support entirely.

Unjustified Account Blocks:

Players were denied chat access without warning, right after requesting clarification about unclear terms.

This blocking behavior is unprofessional and appears designed to avoid accountability.

T&C Changes Mid-Play:

Several players experienced retroactive enforcement of bonus conditions such as: max bet rules or win caps AFTER gameplay had already started.

I won a contest that Mr. o had put on on their telegram page. It was a refferal contest. The winner received 500 dollars, 30 days of VIP status and 300 spins. I won said contest and have yet to receive anything for my winnings and all I have gotten from them is that the process is still ongoing and I’ll receive and update. It’s very clear here that they have no intentions of refilling their end of the agreement. I would be weary of this casino. They lie and manipulate and basically scam and trick people. Do not play here. Yabby casino is more legitimate than this casino

I attempted to withdraw my winnings twice, and the site canceled both attempts. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here.

So hard to cash out. They aren’t even licensed so beware. I did cash out a couple times, but trying to get ahead is so hard most of the time.90% of the time the dealer will win on blackjack. If you happen to catch it while it is hitting then good luck trying to do that. They did give a lot of free chips, but almost all of them were useless due to how bad the games are. Tried to permanently delete my account numerous times and they kept giving me free chips to keep me hooked after I clearly stated I wanted my account permanently closed. They wouldn’t listen. I would have saved thousands upon thousands of dollars if they would have just listened to me the first time. Like I said, blackjack is beyond bad unless you happen to hit a lucky streak, which is very rare. I wasn’t smart enough to walk away after a couple deposits. Lastly, I emailed them the last time complaining about how they haven’t listened about deleting my account and was asking for a free chip for my last deposit. Instead they went and deactivated my account without my free chip I should have gotten along with the cash back I would have gotten the next day. They scammed me big time. Don’t trust any overseas casinos anymore. Save your money.

like many others, my email was bombarded with bonus offers and some of them I would play. last night I had an email saying I could have $10 each day for 30 days...and when I logged in they had credited my account with $200 chip that I couldn't cancel. so I played through some of it, didn't hit the $6000 playthrough and thought ok I'll try the $10 one. instead they offered a $20 Christmas chip that could be used every day once til new years eve. i played through the wagering requirements and requested my $100 withdrawal. after suffering through the most dysfunctional KYC process I have ever come across, and waiting a day, my winnings were voided because I had "abused" their bonuses without making a deposit.

I'd like to echo the other users' suggestions of asking for a deposit before clearing the withdrawal, not just deleting the winnings. but then j guess you couldn't scam people for their time so you can gain numbers on your metrics or optics or whatever they're called. clearly this casino doesn't have any interest in customer retention (or else they would have responded to at least one negative review...which they have not). They only care about getting new ones and abusing their trust and wasting their time for their own statistical gains. I would even bet that they have bots scouring this site for whenever a bad review is posted so that four fake ones with high ratings keep their numbers high on here. people don't usually write good reviews unless they are truly inspired, or they're being compensated. this casino has 3300 reviews and 80% of them are good ones? that just screams fraud to me but whatever.

They do payout about 50% of the time but very rare do u win

While the games are fun, I'm a bit dissapointed. I played a free coupon and they voided my winnings after successfully making it through a 300 dollar wager. They cited "not doing enough deposits" Rather then voiding my winnings, why not try blocking the withdrawel until I deposit or something. It's a little unfair. I understand that it's in the terms and conditions somewhere but it seems silly to just void the winnings earned.

Heard a lot of good things about this casino, so I finally got around to try them out about 2 weeks ago.

My first impression was not great. The layout is not visually appealing, and it has the exact same games as every other casino has at this point (moderately limited library, although some of the games are fun).

Sign up was easy enough. I made sure to to send in my kyc documents immediately and they were processed relatively quickly.

However, that's pretty much the only thing that went easy on this site.

First things first after my kyc was approved, I had heard a lot of conflicting things about their no deposit code and free spin bonus rules. So I messaged customer service and asked how many I could redeem in between deposits, any extra rules I should know about that are not stated in the terms, blah blah.

The representative was timely and nice, to their credit, they told me I could use one No deposit bonus in between each deposit (I have since heard different numbers, there does not seem to be a good consensus on this).

I tried out a sign up no deposit bonus And actually met the wagering requirements. Once my post bonus balance settled I immediately went to withdraw, feeling potentially a bit too confident that my kyc was already approved.

So I submit a withdrawal request, and get busy with something else for a bit as I assume it will take a while.

Within 20 minutes I received an email from the casino that my withdrawal request had been denied, that I have been found in violation of having multiple accounts and using multiple bonuses (both were false).

I tried explaining to them I only used the one bonus, I did not have any other accounts. I also asked them for proof of this. They could not supply any.
Their only response was that I was found in violation of the rules and I would not be receiving my winnings.

I should have just given up then, but I was frustrated so I went back to the site to message customer service and ask "what the heck" only to find that my account had been removed.

It was a unpleasant experience And all they did was shoot themselves in the foot because I am a a big spender who doesn't know how to withdraw while he's up. 😂

As a side note, all of the above was my personal experience, however, my friend had an odd experience about a month back.
I cannot confirm or deny how true these events are as I did not see the messages (although I do believe my friend).
He had been offered a no deposit bonus in exchange for a trust pilot review.

I know that last part is not my personal experience, however I do feel it is important to note that IF that part is true, then that does explain a lot of the positive reviews that this kind of run down, crummy site has.

I won on a no deposit bonus. They rejected my withdrawal because I placed ONE spin above $10 which resulted in a loss. All winning spins were under $10. This casino uses their terms to avoid paying honest wins, not as a safeguard against actual abuse.

Polite casino, however They’ve taken the already bad RTG software that no one plays anymore and made it impossible. A lot of the games are blocked, not only progressives when you get a bonus. Also, my favorite Slots don’t download. Like ronin and many others.. basically the Slots that are good, They block. Terrible odds. Will ruin anyone’s holidays and put you in a very bad mood. The good news is it will cure any kind of RTG doubts or addiction. You’ll never want play another RTG in your life. Even if the odds are 99% for the player ha. Wagered my bonus and tried to withdrawal but i should depost first. Thats fine but after i visited the site again my bonus got deleted and i should depost first so i can use a bonus again.

horrible scam so i redeemed free spins did my whole play threw after my playthrew i had 230 left which tey knocked it down to 25 so i went to redeem. the first guy told me i would get it within 15 minutes then few minutes later it got denied. stating i have over 5 free bonuses from my account without a deposit. then stop sending me bonus!! not only was my redeem denied they completely took it from me and said i cant get it back. would not play here

Played here multiple times but only ever had luck a couple off those times which is not the problem. First, the verification process was a nightmare. They flagged my bank statement as potential fraud fort bring suspected of being photoshopped so I had to send a video with my house and I in the video as well as the documents including my driver's license bank statement and I even sent as paystub. Got verified finally. Then I went to redeem $780 dollars only to have it denied claiming I played restricted games with my bonus which there was no mention of when selecting the games tho in their defense im guessing it was in the fine print before. So I played through the 30x or 40x or whatever ridiculous requirements were and managed to do well. Stop then they denied my withdrawal and then credited my account with the original $75 deposit minus the bonus. They did everything possible not to pay me and now I don't even want to play the money I have depoaited. Complete waste off time and money! Would not recommend!!

Was given a email for free play. Well I spent a couple of hours playing. I finally hit for $703.22
When I went to withdrawal, I was told I violated and spent $12.50 x 15 times. Which is bs . My spins only showed I was betting less than $1. Mainly between $.25-.$88 the max. Got hold of customer service because my withdrawal was denied and they took all of my winnings. Was told there was nothing they could do. Well then your slots if you have certain rules then maybe you should put a warning in the email or on your site.

its a scam. they dont pasy out. try to get you to deposit before you can withdrawal. i won $100 on a bonus and they wont cash it out. verified my email and they deleted my account. ITS A SCAM
