I have been using mr.o casino for some time now. I recently deposited $35 and hit for $451. When attempting to withdrawal it requires verification (kyc) this is very fair. Upon completing my kyc I was denied verification stating documents were wrong. I double checked everything and resubmitted. Suddenly my account was put on "restriction" until the received ANOTHER copy of requested documents. Upon sending the additional copy of documents through email I received a response requesting FURTHER verification blaming their security system. I submitted their ridiculous video request and original documents FOR A THIRD TIME. I suspect they will "suspect" fraud and deny my winnings. THIS CASINO IS A FRAUD AND WILL NOT PAY OUT WINNINGS! DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!!

I turn 39 today and Mr O which it and it's people have been top notch for a long time now turned from a pretty crappy bday to a good and grateful one. MGM which i used to play at almost sole wouldn't do anything and has been horrible now for a long time, you guys are doing it levels above the biggest of them and I love you guys are my go to place now. The people and service are the best part, and I dint work there I know someone will say that. I've been gambling for over 20 years and this is I believe the first positive post I've made somewhere. Had seemed fair, but recent inquiries regarding rules has led me to very frustrating, illogical conversations with customer support.
Tried telling me my coupon cleared, was no longer active, but playthrough and cashout rules still applied to the $0.70 remaining in my account. When I attempted to cashout over $50 in winnings from that $0.70 they fell back on the rules from a coupon that had already been cleared.
I have had very pleasant interactions with some support, but others are rude and unwilling to answer questions, just copying and pasting blanket answers from some workflow they are probably told to follow. Lots of sites to choose from, you'd think customer service would be a priority.

This is what free spins and bonuses should be like. Liberal and often except there is a nasty catch. You have to deposit first (so they really aren’t free) and if you win and withdraw your money, then you have to deposit more to get any future promotions. So if you lose, you pay and if you win, you pay. It’s more akin to a cover charge each time you enter a casino.

Dont look at all the positve reviews! Its all botted this casino is 100% not trusted and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all, If you deposit you cant even play for fun you're forced to play with a "bonus" that cant be achieved. I successfully won the rollover requirement for the free spins. I went to withdraw and found out you have to desposit first.
I’ve seen this before and it’s not the end of the world and I was going to comply.
This is also a tactic to insure funds coming AND it raises the chance the player continues to gamble potentially losing it all.
My problem—I forgot to deposit funds before requesting a withdrawal.
