Fantastic shop! Really pleased with a pair of Nike Dunk high tops I bought from Mr Sneaker. The price was amazing and the customer service top notch. Never got the package

Every time I make a purchase from Mr. Sneaker I feel like I get a personalized experience. I feel like the people at Mr. Sneaker always go above and beyond to make my experience an enjoyable one. Shipping is quick and I'm in a different country... so my hat's off to them. I have found pairs on their website in my size that I have been searching for for a long time so I'm always excited to receive a package from Mr. Sneaker. I can't praise them enough 5 stars all around!

Shoes not authentic but charged over $350 and there is no way to return them

Horror!! Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen Stern geben, ein absoluter Albtraum, Schuhe wurden nie versendet nach seeeeeehr langem hin und her dann mal erhalten. Mails werden nicht beantwortet, telefonieren auch nicht möglich!!!

The fact that I've paid £170 for a pair of trainers that are discoloured and cant return it is not fair. Wish I had seen the disclaimer before I purchased them. Now I'm stuck with a pair of trainers that look nothing like the ones I ordered. Do not recommend this website.

Whatsapp service was great, quick response, also got a gift code and a one week reserving, saved over 115€!
Express delivery to GER was under 40h past ordering. Box was original, shoe's condition was on point with sent pictures and videos. All in all, I'm totally pleased with my experience!
