Tony was always on time and kept us informed.

Mr Window changed my french doors for a good price. The fitter (Kirt) was on time, polite & friendly. He has done a very good job with no damage anywhere. The doors look like they have always been there.

Every team member that I came into contact with were so lovely, friendly and helpful and I was never harassed with annoying sales calls. The windows took just two days to install and I could not be more pleased with the way they look. Glyn the fitter was a top guy and was great with explaining what he was doing throughout the whole process. I am really happy with the work and how the windows look and just want to thank the whole team for making the process so easy!

We had several quotes for the whole house, there was not too much in the quotes and to be honest it was Danny the salesman that decide it for us, he was very patient and was very sincere.

The actual installation was all done in two days and we were very happy with the finish.

The estimator turned up on time. Two weeks later the surveyor turned up on time. He said 6 weeks and after five weeks got phone call to arrange installation. Fitter arrived on time. All mess and rubbish cleared away. He even cleaned the porch floor where he had been working. Very pleased, good quality. Nice people to do business with. Before he left the fitter even knocked on the new doors to say thank you for all the cups of tea! Not like the broadband installers a couple of weeks prior who left a mess outside! Great company windows and front door fitted couple of small things were missed but rectified straight away very professional.

A whole house window installation that I was concerned about because we had a specialist wall covering I was worried would get damaged . What can I say no damage at all the finish is amazing the quality of the windows fantastic and the fitters a total dream worked tirelessly and professionally. A totally stress free experience!

Back double-glazed door handle and lock were failing. We were given a date for visit less than 48 hours ahead. Steve arrived promptly; found the problem; searched the back of his van for parts; found them; repaired faults within the hour. Everything was wiped and swept clean. Steve was charming throughout, and provided excellent advice not just on this door, but on windows and doors more generally. A really good service.

I had a couple of problems with my doors that Mr Window supplied a number of years ago so I called the company to find if parts were still available and to request a repair visit. The response was very efficient and professional with the repair organised and completed within a few days by a knowledgeable and pleasant repairer.

My only regret is that, I wish I had appointed them two years earlier to do the rear of my property, as we were ripped off by a cowboy firm.
