Could not fault the service, from start to finish.
The fitters were excellent, polite and professional.
They left the house after fitting 6 windows, as if they had never been there, so tidy were they.
Would not hesitate to recommend Mr Windows.

Great service from a local company. Very responsive and provided good advice to help us decide what we wanted. The fitter was excellent and did a great job installing the windows and door.

Quote for replacement units was competitive, engineer to measure windows was on time and polite. Engineer to install windows was also polite and arrived within stated time slot.

After having a faulty front door for nearly a month, Mr Window Ltd were very helpful and friendly, ensuring I got a new front door quickly and efficiently. From the salesman, surveyor and installer the process was straightforward and professional. The cost of the front door was also very reasonable and I had lots of options to choose from. I was advised install would happen after Christmas and fortunately enough I got a call saying I could have my door fitted sooner than expected and before the festive season which was amazing. Whilst the salesman was friendly, he effectively sold us a product we couldn't have.
Salesman took our order and deposit (£800) for front door and side panels but later that day he rang to say that what we'd chosen couldn't be made for our order and to choose something else!
We didn't want something else and after a much persuasion they agreed to refund us our money - as they should.
The refund took over seven days to arrive, and only then after several chasing phone calls.

Excellent service, great price, professional, polite, efficient, no mess left very tidy, highly recommendable.

We needed new windows for our kitchen, and bathroom and requested a quote from Mr Windows. Danny came round to quote and was such a nice polite knowledgeable guy no pressure sales or the classic phone the manager to get a better price tactics. He asked us what we require, showed us brochures etc and a sample of the window frames etc that Mr Windows use. All of a very high standard. We were so impressed we asked Danny to quote for the whole property doors as well. We were up against a time scale because of having kitchen and bathroom re fit and needed the windows as quick as possible. We were not disappointed, the windows were ready in the time scale required.
The two days of the fit went absolutely perfect. The guys who fitted them Tony & Dominc were very polite, and very tidy workers, they worked as a team and there wasn't a scrap of rubbish or mess left anywhere. All wallpaper and interior decoration was untouched and such a neat job, they put all of our vertical blinds back up for us as well. Thank you Guys

After about a week we noticed that the front door locking system seemed to be sticking a bit and you couldn't always turn the lock fully to lock or open it and on one occasion the key got stuck in the door and it was very difficult to get it out, we did eventually manage it. I called Mr Windows to explain and spoke to a very lovely lady called Clare, who asked me when was the most convenient time for someone to call round and take a look at the door. We arranged a time and Michael came to adjust our door, and changed the barrel and we had new keys. Michael again was very polite and informative and explained everything he had done. Thank you. We would like to thank Danny,Tony,Dominic, Michael and Clare, and the other staff at Mr Windows for everything they gave done . We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family, Good service, quality products and excellent follow up customer service. 10/10 Thank you🙂
