Richard did everything he said would and showed great patience with us for our lack of technical know how. There was always a good balance between professionalism and friendliness.

MS renewed my failing combi with a new Worcester Bosch. The guys worked a long hard day, provided good protection to carpets and furniture. Responded rapidly and efficiently to initial setup issues and left me with my 10 year warranty boiler. The pipework is very tidy and looks great.
Richard was very helpful, providing an estimate, responding to my queries and managing the job throughout.

Richard and his apprentice did a good job servicing our Gazco Stove. They found that it needed a new part which was ordered and fitted in less than a fortnight. I was kept informed of the progress of the work throughout. They were respectful of our home and took their shoes off at the door and laid a mat on the carpet in front of the fire.

We always get Richard to service our boiler. Communication is great and he always does an excellent job.

I recently had a new boiler installed by MS cookers &Boilers and I couldn't be more happier with the experience. On the day they arrived promptly, my home was kept clean and tidy. They took time to show me how to operate my new system, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy 😊, I will definitely be using them again for future heating needs. Can highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable, thorough and tidy work. Really pleased with our boiler service and for the advice on maintaining balanced heat throughout the house when using the log burner in the lounge.

Richard always manages to get to us quickly when we have a minor crisis, in spite of being so busy. He always lets us know his ETA and always meets it.
