Ishika, my MSI consultant is amazing. She is extremely good at her job. She works really hard to ensure that you remain in work. Ishika also looks out for new opportunities she can present to you to broaden your experience as a clinician and make you even more employable. When Ishika tells you she is going to do something , she does it but if for any reason she is unable to, she will come back and explain that to you. Ishika is a brilliant recruitment consultant and I have been really blessed to work with her.

My consultant Ishika is a very nice person. She does the best with what is available to her. For example accounting issues, out of hours issues etc. However, I have issues with MSI as a company. I been working for MSI for over 15 years. The issues started in the new takeover, I had over 6 consultants allocated to me at one point asking for my documents. I saw lack of coordination Incompetence and ignorance. It was a disaster. Now I would not recommend this agency to anyone. To think that now I am getting paid less than someone working at McDonald’s as a professional. It’s a joke.
Ishika, Surabhi they are very good staff. Keep them.
