MSP...Easy to deal with and quick decision making

Easy to deal with and really quick to make decisions. I have used MSP for numerous development projects with the latest one being a church conversion into 29 units. They have been flexible as different financial challenges have come our way so would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for development finance.

This is the Third Residential Development that we have chosen MSP Capital as our lender. Our experience is that they are approachable, commercially minded and above all highly professional in the service that they provide.

My experience has consistently been very positive.

The team are professional, responsive, and solutions-focused, with clear communication and a strong understanding of developers’ needs. Every transaction has progressed smoothly.

An honest review of my MSP experience to date

Having used MSP Capital for three developments now, with combined GDV of c.£9m, I can recommend MSP as a serious funding partner.

I have found the process to be simple and transparent and for the first loan with MSP we were able to go from point of offer to exchange within 5 weeks - despite a number of unforeseeable challenges relating to the title documents (or lack of!).

MSP have also been flexible with sales proceeds, enabling me to utilise some of the incoming funds to assist in purchasing upcoming sites, which has been pivotal in growing my development company to ensure the next level is in reach.

It is refreshing to deal with a company that is able - and willing - to take a personalised and pragmatic approach with its client's needs.

I would recommend MSP Capital for any serious developer looking for a long term funding partner.

Faultless experience every time.

I've used MSP Capital for multiple bridging deals and the experience has been faultless for every single one. Proactive, accomodating and very responsive company.
