Alex is great to deal with very efficient fast and very happy with the service we get from Shire Leasing. They are our go to leasing company that we use.

I’ve been using Shire Leasing for a number of years now and they have been great to work with,
Ben Hardman is my point of contact and makes everything go smoothly and his after sales service is second to none,
10/10 for service

Alex has helped me every step of the way in my journey to expanding my business with the help of Shire Leasing. This was the first time I've ever leased anything and Alex was hand to answer any questions I had and gave me all the information I required to reach decisions that would benefit myself and my company.

We approached Shire Leasing with a query and had a discussion with gentleman, who happens to be the Head of Vendor Sales. For starters, we thought we are talking with someone professional and he came across as someone who understood everything but declined to move forward for our existing Hardware Estate worth £1.8 Million instead was interested in new clients. He was asked for a reseller arrangement and we agreed however since then, everything went quite with absolutely zero response or communication.
When we called, we were told he isn't available. When we emailed, he kept delaying everything. This kept happening for 2 consecutive weeks.
Our CFO thought there is something wrong as leasing companies don't take that long for a reseller agreement as he has been working with one very recently. When he tried to chase, he was told to wait again with delay tactics. These delay tactics came across as extremely unprofessional and completely uncalled for without any explanation provided what so ever.
In the end, the so called "Head of Vendor Sales" sent an email saying "if you can’t wait therefore, we will excuse ourselves."
This shows how out of touch he was with client communication and didn't had an audacity to pick up the phone and discuss what is required.

I find this approach extremely unprofessional, third class and based on cheap delay tactics.

I would request all Resellers or Hardware Vendors to AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COST and save yourself from headache and constant chasing their staff for one line response.

We’ve had an outstanding experience working with Demi at Shire Leasing. She has genuinely been a godsend.

It’s incredibly reassuring knowing she’s always there working in the background, keeping everything moving and making sure we have the best options available at the time for our business needs. Demi has supported us with every finance option we’ve needed, and most recently helped us secure a new van with ease.

Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and her consistency, constant check ins, and reliability really stand out.

We’ll happily continue working with Demi going forward, she’s supported us from day one and has become an integral part of how we operate.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole . They have supplied us with software we don’t need and tied us into a 6 year contract that we cannot get out of without paying them in full . Also we have been bombarded with at least 3 phone calls a day demanding payment. BEWARE .

Amanda was extremely helpful throughout the whole process in securing funding for my business.
