Well, it took 5 years of work but all the issues that this ‘specialist’ caused have been resolved. This place is run but people who cut corners, don’t care about work standards but will happily take your money and not bat an eyelid. I am so pleased my track car is fixed and would advise all prospective clients to keep on searching. Do not use this place. Amateurs.

After being told by Paul he could repair my M3 I paid £450 in tow truck fees to get my car to this garage . Two weeks later Paul told me my M3 couldn't be fixed by them, Paul didn't mention any fees that need to be paid.
All of a sudden the day I came to collect the car it would cost me £80, he didn't tell me they would be any fees up front only when I came to collect the car, I refuse to pay this and got my car back but its left a bad taste in my mouth, I wonder how many other customers this has happened to. I wasted £450 get in the car there in the first place and then to be charged an extra £80 to collect the car without telling me in advance is daylight ROBBERY. So just be aware if they cannot repair your car they will charge you a fee without you being able to agree to it first,

Excellent team who know thier stuff about BMW customisation. First time I have own a BMW and had work done to it, Ryan has been a great support to me, given me great advice and customer service. I have been to their Romford workshop and used their Amazon shop, great service on all occasions. If you want to customise your BMW give these guys a ring and you won’t go wrong. Very disappointed with the service at M style , I’ve recently had the usual black gloss m kit fitted to my 430d at m style the side skirts were really badly fitted half of the self tapping screws were only half in and the other half fell out so the skits were flapping about the spoiler is already peeling away car scratched where the vinyl decals were fitted plus air bubbles in them and charged an extra £60 on the day over the quotation because they forgot to add the decals on first time around . Please do not waste your money on this company cheap crap products fitted very badly complete waste of £850 and a day off of work

First time transacting with MStyle and I must say that I would recommend them to anyone… the customer service is amazing and the quality of the work is second to none… I called several times to add and change the order without issue and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently… Toby is the man!! Top bloke

Had a great experience with MStyle, who supplied and fitted my rear wing, lowering springs and exhaust. I spoke with Toby who suggested I come in and speak in depth with what I'm looking for with some examples and how they can help.
They approached the customer experience brilliantly by really listening to their customer and what they want to do, and then applying their BMW expertise, supplier network and good pricing to bundle your custom build.
The team all have individual desks where clients sit across a member of the team, where I was given a few options based on what I wanted as well as transparent pricing before making any decision. They have a great supplier network as you will see on their website, so they were able to get parts slightly cheaper due to their relationship in the industry.
Finally, the final result I'm extremely happy with, Toby managed me in terms of keeping me updated, but also communicated well with his technicians in the background who I didn't even meet that did the work to a great standard.
Overall, I highly recommend the team here at MStyle, particularly Toby (in my experience), to at least have a conversation as to what you're looking for and how they can help (and deliver!).

WOW. I had a massive list of mods plus servicing work that needed to be done on my 2005 E46 330Ci and I am overwhelmed with the results.

Ryan was out of this world, keeping me updated with progress and advice on mods. Paul on service was excellent as was Ben who was brilliant on handover and payment.

I had the follow work done;

LED Angel Eye Kit - Super Bright E46 Facelift
LED Side repeaters clear - 2dr E46 facelift
FK Strut Brace for 6 Cyl (Or equivalent)
Wheel Spacer kit front and rear -let me know if we need to discuss sizing
H&R Anti Roll Bar Kit for e46 6 Cyl
M Style Sport Fog Lamps e46/e39
M Style Bootlip Spoiler (painted and fitted)

The car now looks AMAZING... the angel eyes really update the car’s looks and the spacers give the car a meaner look with the arches filled out.

The strut brace and anti roll bar mean the car handles even better.

All the mods are subtle and give it an OEM+ look.

I had real issues getting the car warm in the winter- so we had the radiator replaced along with a new O2 sensor and catalytic converter.

The car feels really good, thanks guys! Maz!
