Michael has been helpful and punctual the whole way from my initial enquiry through to the installation of our system. He spent time to explain everything he was doing and how everything worked once the installation was completed.

Came on schedule and gave us helpful information on how to make our choice of system with no pressure to buy.
On installation day again he was on time, communicating well, the installation was timely and all the work was carried out cleanly and we were consulted throughout.
He has followed up to see if we're having any issues and gave advice on somethings we had forgotten to absorb initially.
All in all we are very satisfied and feel a lot safer now.
