I had a great loan experience with Isabelle at the Henderson MTF. I was able to get help with my loan and she was so understanding of my situation I was in. They have great communication and are very friendly. Would highly recommend Henderson MTF!

The customer service is the best caters to your needs and processing is done fast. They look after you and help you in soo many ways highly recommended.

I had a great experience even on n holiday and over the weekend Isabelle from the Henderson branch were able to give me advice and help me out she has called me back and advised me she and the team did excellent

Ive dealt with this branch twice both times have been effective professional and effortless. No stress very transparent and everthing was sorted in 48hrs.

The handling of my finance application was quick and the process was smooth. The interest was bit high but could be because I came back from long holiday and didn't have 3 months statements at that time and income was incosistent.

Isabel made the process non stressful and easy to apply. She guided us through everything making sure we fully understood what we were going to pay back etc.

I took out a loan with MTF Henderson for a car and has been a absolutely terrible service.

It started out normal in the beginning and things were being finalised with the loan, i addresses my concerns with how the loan will be sent as I first have to view the car.

This is where things turned south very quickly, I received an email stating that they already have sent the money to the seller of the car. I had no confirmation, and no communication prior that the money was going to already be sent to the seller, even with MTF knowing I first wanted to view the car to make sure it is how it is described.

I had many concerns as the seller was located across the country and asked “what if the car is not as described and not what I wanted”. Since MTF had already sent the seller the money, I was told I had to get the seller to agree to send the money back, which they had no intention of doing. So now I am forced to either take a chance on a car I have not yet seen and now HAVE to travel across country for, or to take a loss and have to pay back a loan for something I do not own.

I ended up travelling and seeing the car, which happened to not be what I wanted and had issues on top of it and had reports of it being in past accidents, which was also not mentioned by the seller prior, however since the money was already given to them, there was not much I could do about it.

I had emailed MTF About this, addressing all my concerns which is when I received a phone call from the owner of the branch. I was told “it’s just one of those things which happened every now and then and it’s a lesson to be learnt”, not a sorry for sending the seller the money prior to me viewing it. No help whatsoever ever.

Other MTF branches I called confirmed that they first confirm the buyer has seen the car and is happy with it before sending the money over. I’m not sure why this branch does it differently, but I would not trust them.

I now have a car which I have had to spend a lot of money on and it just sits in the garage gathering dust.
