The communication was poor, we waited for 3 days for approval and we found our finance lady Trinity rude in her tone and the way she spoke to both myself and my husband

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to reply to enquiries within one business day, but have been short staffed recently due to COVID which has increased waiting times. For applicants who apply in person and who bring all the necessary documents, we aim to give a yes or no answer within an hour, subject to responsible lending inquiries and checks.
