MUCKA レビュー

I can say hand on heart this is the best software I have seen for gas engineers/heat pump /plumbing.
I have had a new software every year for the last 5 years some needing a degree to understand, , most not doing what they say on the tin, mukka it can do everything, and what it couldn't do I asked the team and within 1 day the term added the feature, the response from the mukka has been amazing, and you dont even need commit you have free rain of mukka for 2 weeks no questions asked. Cost is good to.
The ai receptionist is fantastic.

Running a small business with ADHD can be a real challenge. At AHB Group Limited, the practical work has always been my strength, but keeping on top of admin, organising jobs, preparing quotes and following everything through has historically been a struggle. When you’re juggling customers and a busy workload, it can quickly become overwhelming.

Mucka AI has made a massive difference. The whole process, from getting started to managing work from start to finish, has been smooth and straightforward. It’s helped bring structure to the parts of running a business that I’ve always found hardest, making everything feel much more manageable.

What really sets Mucka apart is the support. Having a direct line to their lead designer has been brilliant. Every single request and idea I’ve put forward has been listened to, taken seriously and made possible. Being able to speak directly to someone who understands what you need and actually makes it happen is exceptional.

It feels like the team genuinely cares about making the software work for my business. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and would thoroughly recommend Mucka AI to other trades and small business owners, especially anyone with ADHD who struggles with the organisational side of the job.

Sammy and Tom have been absolutely brilliant in helping us get set up with Mucka. Switching software felt like a really daunting process, but they made the whole transition so much easier and have been there to help us every step of the way.

Anything we’ve needed amended, changed or added has been dealt with quickly usually within 24 hours, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive and patient throughout the whole process.

We couldn’t be happier with the support we’ve received and would definitely recommend Mucka to anyone considering making the switch!

I saw this new AI site on Facebook. It looked good, and I needed another way to manage my business clients' invoicing and diary. Mucka provides all of this and more. I already use an AI answering service that works as well as Mucka. Tom is amazing. For the transition of getting all my clients' contact details onto the new site, Tom took the reins and completed this for me. Looking forward to learning Mucka and using the site to complement my plumbing and heating business.

Mucka has fully optimised the way my heating installation business runs - it has removed the need for me to hire admin staff which helps me remain competitive price wise and helps profit margin
Tom and sammy couldn’t be more helpful and personable, with great advice and feedback every time
The invoicing and quoting platform is sleek, professional and easy to use both at my end and the customers end
Very well thought out app, with a high level of detail towards the heating industry
Great move for any company

Absolute game changer for me and my business, with me being a plumber paperwork and typing etc, Is just so time consuming so when i can just talk to Mucka and get it to raise quotes, invoice jobs orgainise my diary and all my engineers. Can also be done while you are driving etc had its all from your voice.
Any glitches and issues the team at Mucka are straight on it, I mean within a few hours not days.
Life changer 100% recommend to any trade business.

Great app with amazing features. The team behind it are first class they listen to any recommendations and are quick to add newly requested features. Transformed how I run my business.

5 star so far, i was very doubtful of this software as so many software companies promise you the earth and do not deliver, i am just learning how to use this and i must have to say i am thinking this is brilliant, mucka tells you each day the jobs you have to do and updates you in the evening, i have to say there has been a few minor things that i prefer my company to be run and a few features were missing, Tom and his team have been on it and resolved these issues for me, such as i can now send 1 email and 1 text to all the letting agents tenants to say i will be coming on a certain day and time with just one click, it took me 4 hours the other day from my existing software company, this way took me 30 seconds.
Well done Tom and his team, finaly a software company that not only caters to Plumbing and heating but can manage more trades as well.

Fantastic software that has revolutionised how I run my business. I now have an ai assistant that I am in touch with constantly making everything run like clockwork.

I'm super happy with the service so far.
Support team are very helpful.
Highly recommend this app.

So far so good, setting up has been a breeze and i'm working my way around it with the help of my receptionist. Looking forward to the extras being added.
Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic customer service.
Sammy and his team work around the clock to help with any needs that may require there attention. No job is to big or small for them and its been a pleasure working with them so far

Great app, would recommend to any fellow tradie

Fantastic app for keeping on top of your work schedule, with more features getting rolled out all the time, would highly recommend to all tradies.

I’ve been one of the early access customers for this app and it’s changed my life. Not having to worry about admin of an evening has been a game changer for me. Would highly recommend any self employed tradesman to give this a go!!

Super app, save me a ton of time so far on admin the last few weeks. Great customer support as well.

Brilliant software. Makes my paperwork non existent in the evening.really pleased with the app, couldn’t recommend it enough.

This app helps me organise my work so easily and keeps me from spending time after work organising jobs. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Proper fellas who understand my business and have helped me put in processes i could never even think of. I’m not the ‘AI’ type but this is mustard. Will be using going forward and would recommended any trades do the same.

Easy to use and very helpful.
