The product’s are great 1st class

The product’s are great 1st class, my gripe is the delivery, I pay for express and get it 3 days later, come in you can do better than that! I’ve ordered a front mudguard not around Christmas time, and express shipping still takes a long time. Enough with the excuses! Next time I’ll order from a third party!

Thanks for your review. Express delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 24, standard is Tracked 48. Being Christmas week, we have to expect some disruption with postal services, and I'm sure you can appreciate that any delays with Royal Mail are outside of our control.

Great customer service

Great customer service and this fitted seamlessly to my 29er hard tail and provided great ( almost complete) protection. Tackled forest flooded trail and random branches and twigs with no snags.

Mudguards excellent

Mudguards very good, delivery good. Velcro tape supplied for rear mudguard plenty. However velcro tape for front mudguard with 6 tapes required, was a little short.

A little dissapointed

I wasnt so impressed with the way the mudguard was packaged.
It arrived in a box without any other packaging. No platic bag, bubble wrap or other protection.
Not surprising when I opened up box and checked the mudguard it was scratched.
Sure, you can say its a mudguard and it will get scratched, but thats not the point.
I would have expected the mudguard to have been better packaged, so a little dissapointed

Product is well made, and have still to test it.

Thanks Robert! We choose not to use any single-use plastic in our products or packaging - for good reason. And we minimise all other materials where reasonably possible. That said, we still want everything to arrive in pristine condition, regardless of its intended use, so we'll review our international packaging options. Thanks for letting us know.

Fat fenders

Came across these guys while looking for fatbike fenders.I need a short fender for the fork and this looks like the ticket.
I really like how the rear fender mounts on the seat. Once I figured out how to do it properly it seems solid.
