Not saying this lightly—Mud WTR was the first morning ritual that truly shifted my life. It set the tone for my days in such a grounded, intentional way that it naturally led to better habits and a smoother flow. One small change, and everything started aligning.

MUD/WTR has been the way I start my day for over five years now. Starting my day with a product that has multiple health benefits and gives me a clean energy is a ritual I cannot live without. I also love their space in Santa Monica called Gather. Love everything about the company!

First of all, I love the products. They've helped me leave my coffee habit in the past and their customer support team is world class.

I also love the ethos of the brand - they don't make any crazy claims and they don't bash other brands. I like that they focus on making a great product and don't contribute to all the noise about mushrooms that seems to be going around.

The best coffee alternative. I love MUD\WTR. I drink it every morning with honey, almond butter and milk. I love the flavor, how it makes me feel, and that it's organic and natural! I am sensitive to caffeine so this is the perfect treat for me

Customer service is awful. The product is great, but this their second chance with me, and they have actually and somehow become worse and service and shipping. Their website speaks of routines and making mudwtr part of your routine, but it routinely shows up weeks late even if you order before subscription time. Customer service is non existent, no one answers the phone, email takes days to respond. They obviously put no money into customer service or their customers. Im out $45 and no one responds. I would choose Ryse, it one of the other brands because this company does not care or deliver to their customers

After getting through the coffee withdrawals, I feel like I started noticing a better energy during the day. I still have coffee every now and then but I really look forward to having my cup of mud in the morning now, tastes great and feel like I can "lock in" more all day

As a full time teacher of elementary school and addicted to a large morning coffee, all I can say is WOWZA!!! My mud/wtr arrived in a beautifully put together black canister packaging with gorgeous font. The can twists open to reveal a glorious smell
Of mushroom, cacao and matcha. The hot water melted the smooth powder in a soft palate of smooth taste - light, soft yet creamy. I added a tsp of almond milk and enjoyed the rest of the day. The gift arrived quickly through customs and on my doorstep within a week. YUM;)

Love Mud\Wtr I drink it everyday.

I love my MUD\WTR, I drink it every day and felt a major difference in my focus and reduced afternoon slumps! I finally have energy to workout after the work day!!

I love the flavor and is easy to use only complaint is wish it mixed better leaves sediment in bottom of cup but if you stir in between sips does get rid of it

It tastes terrible!! Yet only 5 star reviews show up on their ads and websites. The only way it’s drinkable is to add a lot of a flavored sweet creamer

I wanted something to replace my daily shot of coffee , sadly this product not only tastes terrible and nothing like what they claim but also does not dissolve fully. There supplement coconut powder was just as bad. I was away in South America and tried the product later than when it arrived. I asked for a refund but they denied. I would not waste money on this expensive product.

They used to send an email giving the option to delay your subscription order. That seems to be a thing of the past.
I've been reaching out for 2 days via thrir website, via email and visa their 2 different phone numbers. There has been no real response, just generic messages claiming they'll get back to me soon. I've been charged $40. I filed a dispute with my credit card bank.
Summary: THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS! TOTALLY UNACCESSIBLE!

I like the product but not the customer service. My order arrived incorrect and I have reached out to them 3 times to try and get what I had actually ordered and I have not received any response from them.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally signed up for the subscription service, and when I was charged with my monthly fee I reached out to explain and they refunded and sent the product anyway! I feel valued, and the product is great! I needed some time to evaluate and I believe that MUDWTR is right for me.

Not cheap but a pleasant coffee alternative - personally I use it in Coconut Milk as I prefer it slightly sweeter and with a bit more body than with water (with or without their coconut oil power)
Initially certainly felt the focus boost and coffee like lift, but have been drinking it for so long I no longer notice.
Would be useful to know what a decent dose of the mushroom extracts equates to in cups of this stuff though.
Been a subscriber for several months - bring back the 900gm refill bags!

I have been using another mushroom coffee product but I kept seeing so many ads for Mudwater so I thought I would give it a try. What a disappointment! The company describes the flavor as "cacao met a chai latte", but all I could taste was cinnamon and it has a gritty texture. Also, it didn't mix well even when using the frother. I'll stick with the other product I've been using

Don't like the taste, over powered by cinnamon......so I mixed it in with a jar of hot chocolate powder which improved the taste greatly......and made a great milkshake with the frother........won't purchase again waste of money.......frother is well made tho.......thats the only reason I gave it 3 stars

I tried it for the first time. I am a very organic person and eat mushrooms for health. It felt like a major dose of prednisone. High anxiety, neck and chest tight and throbbing. Blood pressure shot sky high and it's usually normal. No thanks ....
