The serviCOWBOY DELIVERY FIRMce from the firm in regard of…
The service from the firm in regard of nuying the multifoil was very good ordered at 08:30 on Wednesday 25/06/25 the courier picked it up at 09:38. Payed next day delivery, went on DHL web site to track my order and it stated shipment delayed expected delvery next working day.
So Friday got another message on DHL tracking your parcell will be delivered on Monday 30/06/25 contacted multifoils to complain Joss sortted it for me to get parcel delivered on Sat 28/06/25, on sat got an update from DHL parcel now coming Mon 30/06/25 so we went shopping low and behold DHL tried to deliver note said will now be delivered on Mon 30/06/25 but 14:51 tracker says due to be delivered on wed 02/07/25. I really think multifoils should change their courier because this lot are a bunch of COWBOYS
I will just confirm NO blame on multi foil.

Thank you for your feedback Michael we really appreciate your review! We can only apologise for the issues you had with DHL and disappointed that you were messed around regarding the delivery date. Our orders are always dispatched on a next day delivery service. This has been looked into internally and hopefully this doesn't happen again, sometimes delays can happen but for it to arrive 5 days late isn't good enough. Thank you again for leaving us a 5-star review.
very good prompt delivery
