We make every effort to ensure our customers' orders are packaged correctly and safely, though it is important to note that the responsibility for handling packages with care also lies with the shipping agent.

We can process a new order for you with the glass pipes - were all 10 broken? If so, we can send a new box to you. Please inform us, and we will make every effort to resolve your concern with our service.

100% recommend

Multi-trance has a huge selection of items to choose from for any specific preference or need. Their products are some of the best I've ever tried. My favorites are the Bubbly Billy buds (both chewing gums and the gummy bears). It makes taking CBD fun and something I look forward to during the day whilst still achieving the same calming results. 100% recommend trying Multi-trance products😍
