J’ai contacté Mulvanni dans les 14 jours comme leur politique l’exige, mais ils ont refusé de me fournir un bon de retour et j’ai dû gérer seule un renvoi international compliqué, à mes frais, vers une adresse en Espagne, alors que j’avais reçu un colis venant de Chine pour une livraison en France, malgré leur prétendue origine italienne.
